Dr. Sujata Pandey is a mental health expert, especially for women and children. She’s currently working with the Government of Chattisgarh on their National Health Mission as a District Program Consultant. She holds a Masters's Degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy.

During the inevitable situation of COVID and its aftermath in India, Dr. Sujata was among the front-line workers working with the Contact Tracing Team and volunteering as a counselor for women and children facing mental health issues amid the demanding times of pandemic. As a token of appreciation and to respect the front-line warriors, she stood as an early recipient of the COVID-19 Vaccine drive on 22nd Jan 2021 in Chattisgarh.

The session with Dr. Sujata made a deep impact on me. Her wise set of knowledge and her deep psychological view of all these contexts made the first episode of this podcast a really intellectual one.
