The disappearance of Fauna Frey Fauna Frey was 45-years-old at the time of her disappearance. She was 5’6 and between 135 to 150 pounds with blue eyes and long, straight blonde hair. She has a tattoo on her lower back. She was last seen wearing neon green and purple pullover, capri pants, Saucony shoes and a dark t-shirt. If Fauna Frey is still alive today, she would be 46-year-old. There is currently a $25,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Fauna.
