Jason Silva's Responsibility to Awe video is fantastic. It speaks to the idea of mental models and the fact that many live in comfort zones and rarely venture outside of them. One of the things we think is important about the video is a story that is not being told...awe is happen all around us. We can't mandate a time or place, it is person specific, and we never know what it is that brings people to that place of inspiration. What we CAN do is to provide an environment where stepping out of comfort zones is not only valued, but encouraged.
