Once passionately in love with each other and their work, obsession and betrayal have driven them apart. Now, neither one of them is willing to walk away from the project that they know will change the world. Looming over Ted and Amy is their employer, the mysterious biotech giant ICBN Technologies. Breakthroughs in AI and robotics have recently created some new faces at the company. Incredibly lifelike bots now roam the halls, working alongside the scientists and blurring the lines between human and machine. Disastrous experiments, hostile executives and their own belligerent partnership threaten to topple Ted and Amy’s research. But when Amy receives a devastating diagnosis of her own, she and Ted are pushed to find the cure, and possibly each other, before it's too late.

Hello my friends! Sorry it's taken me so long to upload another episode. I have decided to change up my content creation a little bit and part of that is building a YouTube channel where I will host this podcast in video form as well as other videos I plan to make documenting my various hobbies. This is really a video journal for myself and my kids and a great way for me to keep a record of the things I enjoy most about life. I will continue to post episodes online in podcast form and this podcast will strictly be for the great books that I read. If you are interesting in checking this, or any other content of mine on YouTube, out - please search "What's Tom Doing?" and if the YouTube algorithm gods are gentle, my channel may even show up. Thanks for listening. Enjoy the show!

Hello my friends! Today I am staring a mini series on the 100 books that I read in 2022. This will be sort of a blitz of all of the books I read this past year, some of which have been included in the show already and many that haven't. This is a little bit of a different episode because I am recording it in conjunction with content that I am creating for YouTube simultaneously. I recently decided to create a channel there where I will be creating videos about the things that are interesting to me, my hobbies, projects, etc. Included in that will be some of the books that I read, though I plan for this podcast to be the main home of my long-form book reviews into the future. I apologize for the length of time between uploads. This has been a big time in my life and there have been a lot of massive changes. I hope the switch in content isn't too jarring for you guys. If you are interested in checking out the YouTube channel, search "What's Tom Doing" and maybe "100 Books of 2022" and see if the YouTube gods will show you my video. I appreciate all of you, your continued support, and your feedback. Thanks for listening. Enjoy the show!
