The famous devotional series by Oswald Chambers, "My Utmost for His Highest", as it says at the top of each day's of devotion is truly the most beloved devotion of all time. There is a reason for that- Chambers had gifted insight into God and His word. The devotions for August 19 & 20 think about self-awareness versus Christ-awareness. As best as I can tell the material is copyright protected, so I feature one paragraph quote at the end. The podcast talks about some of the key bullet points that I feel address the primary cause of the massive increase in anxiety among the people of our nation and what can be done to bring relief to the hurting masses. After listening to the podcast, I encourage you to click on the YouTube link of David Dunn's official music video on his fantastic song "I Wanna Go Back". It really captures what I feel God wants me to say through this episode! Jesus says in Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I WILL GIVE YOU REST!"
