#012.  This isn’t one of our official losses, because, technically, it's something you could get back again, but it’s a topic we know many will identify with at Christmas.

This is The Silent Why, a podcast on a mission to open up conversations around loss and grief and to see if hope can be found in 101 different types of loss.

For us we’ve found the excitement of Christmas as an adult has dwindled even further as a childless couple, knowing we'll never have our own children to share it with.

In this episode Chris chats about a loss he's felt keenly over the past 15 years of marriage - the loss of Christmas spirit.

Over our Christmas' together we've become very experienced in trying to find our own joy through this season, and share where we've succeeded, and where we haven't.

Oh and, this is the image Chris refers to when chatting about our Christmas' as a two: https://www.instagram.com/p/BdH9HxLhBst/

Big thank you to https://www.zapsplat.com for the additional sleigh bell sound effects to make the episode sound extra Christmassy.
