In Part III, I am encouraging individuals to be ethical decision makers and practice a wellness life style. Encouragement is given for a spiritual lifestyle and the 'Ten Essential Characteristics of Leadership' are revealed. Listeners are encouraged to be leaders, contributors, warriors, and to remember their 'ABC's'. Loneliness is revealed as the result of too much time spent on 'high tech' and not enough time spent on 'high touch'. Balance is the key and the Golden Rule provides the starting point for good relationships.
