Tina Suter kicks off the first of ETB's three-part sponsorship series with House Real Estate. Suter has been a Broker Associate and Realtor for House Real Estate for five years. Her knowledge about homes is extensive. That started when she was 18 years old. She got to learn all aspect of homes and their process of being built. Then she made the transition to real estate and now is part of a small, but mighty group of realtors that are taking hold of the booming Sacramento market.

In today's episode of Experience the Buzz, Host Steve Buzzard enjoys an education on real estate and the life of a realtor. "I am fascinated by the experience of a real estate transaction. There are a lot of moving parts, but Tina showed me why and how it all comes down to the relationship that is established between the realtor and their client." Our conversation hits THREE areas:

Here are some of my favorite HIGHLIGHTS ...
▪️1. When I asked Tina about her thoughts regarding House Real Estate's fearless leader. "He's exhausting." I wasn't expecting that and triggered a giggle. That was quickly followed by her gratitude for Tim to take a chance on her. She used the word 'game changer.'
▪️2.Tina's admittance of just getting by in school that eventually turned into a job that introduced her to homes. And with hard work, she made that her passion. Proves how all journeys are different.
▪️3. Her first job was an unexpected answer. I won't give it away. I guess that is why I like asking the question.
