Kim Squaglia is the OG (Original Gangster or Old School) of House Real Estate. Not only did she partner with Tim Collom on the real estate end. Kim, like Tim, is also an artist. Like a highly acclaimed artist with close to 200 pieces to her name. She has been featured in some really BIG places, including her SOLD OUT exhibition when she was coming out of college. Although she doesn't do as much art now, what she gathered has translated into her success as a top realtor in the Sacramento area.

Here are some of my favorite HIGHLIGHTS  ...
▪️1. I know I keep talking about it. Segment Two with Kim in discovering her life as an artist is my favorite segment to date. I think it was because of the surprise element. I knew Kim was an artist. Had no idea to what extent.
▪️2. Kim's admiration and respect for being an artist. "There is no better feeling when someone pays a good deal of money for your work."
▪️3. We both worked at Waterworld at Cal Expo. Being about the same age, we probably worked together at the same time. Unfortunately, I have a terrible memory. But again, I was shocked when she said that.

Our Connection | I have never personally met Kim. She did let me know that her son participated in my Buzzardball Winter League. But after today's conversation, I have to make it a point to say 'hi' in personal. She is phenomenal.
