As spiritual channelers, they share profound messages from spirit guides, a collective consciousness known as the United Souls of Heaven and Earth (The ‘US’). Through their work with Love Elemental, Heidi and Sue offer guidance and healing with their spiritual mentorship, and help awaken hearts and souls of others, guiding individuals towards self-discovery of their true potential. Learn more at m www.love-elemental.com Key takeaways: We must all learn to silence the voice of our inner critic, learn to trust, learn self-love. The first act of self-love is to the state of appreciation. The ego mind can take the voice of the victim. Take responsibility for your own thoughts but also be aware of what is a thought or emotion and what is not. Being able to differentiate our existence from our thoughts is part of conscious reprogramming. Our guides are here to help remind us of who we are, what we are capable of and that we are an expression of source energy. We don't come to planet earth without our guides. We are never alone. Trust you got instincts it’s beginning of these little whispers from our guides Everything is energy and energy carries a frequency. Changing the frequency has the ability to change people at the cellular level. The easiest way to raise your vibration is to go into appreciation. It changes our perception. We can accomplish this by simply placing our hands on our heart and just breathe. It’s that simple. Our love is like a thumbprint. It’s a love print and it’s unique and distinct to everyone. The United Souls tell us that we have the potential to affect an influence change today. What are you waiting for? We have the jurisdiction to adjust our reality. We can do this in meditation with our hands on our heart. By being in the power of yourself, you can remove resistance. Your external reality is a complete projection of your internal reality, not the other way around. We live in a time of great awakening. Welcome to Episode 10! In today's episode, I had the fortunate opportunity to chat with an entrepreneurial trailblazer in the world of women’s healthcare innovation. In this episode, you are going to learn about the inspiration behind Lauren Barker’s decision to get behind a revolutionary product to address urinary incontinence. Lauren is the CEO of Uresta. Uresta was founded by world-renowned Canadian urogynecologist and Dalhousie University Professor Dr. Scott A. Farrell. Dr. Farrell recognized that the options for dealing with leaks were outdated, uncomfortable, and quite honestly, costly to the environment and saw the opportunity to create a non-invasive, at-home solution - without prescription, medication or procedures. Lauren transitioned away from her career in financial investments to join a team headed by female entrepreneurs and soon found herself leading the company entrusted in women's pelvic health. In an engaging conversation with Shaunacy King, we explore the unique and underrated world of menopause doula training. Shaunacy is a seasoned reproductive support practitioner and busy entrepreneur of nearly 20 years. She is the former director of Doula Training Canada, creator of the Menopause Doula Program. And, while still actively involved in delivering and growing the menopause doula training to students worldwide, Shaunacy’s main focus is in the field of psychotherapy. As a registered psychotherapist, Shaunacy specializes in sex therapy, reproductive support, anxiety concerns, and complex trauma. In our chat, Shaunacy shares the rationale behind establishing a comprehensive program for training menopause doulas in Canada. Her drive comes from observing the lack of accessible and supportive information for women going through perimenopause and menopause, and the negative narrative surrounding it. Shaunacy emphasizes the importance of providing unbiased, client-centered support, and empowering women through knowledge.
