When was the last time you paused to ask, "Why am I doing this?" This week on the Big Brave Business podcast, I spoke with Deb Podlogar (The Mocktail Mom) about something we all struggle with as entrepreneurs: questioning our current direction while fighting the pull of shiny object syndrome. Deb's journey represents a powerful business transformation. What began as simply "taking a break from alcohol" in 2021 evolved into what she calls a "mocktail empire" – complete with a book, membership, summit, podcast, and thriving social media community. Yet despite this success, Deb found herself at a crossroads, questioning whether her current business offerings still aligned with her evolving self. This conversation challenges one of entrepreneurship's most persistent myths: that consistency above all else equals success. While there's value in staying focused, rigid adherence to initial business plans can become a limitation rather than a strength. Meet Deb: Deb Podlogar, widely known as Mocktail Mom®️, embarked on a transformative journey when she chose to part ways with Chardonnay. This decision led her to discover a variety of delicious, alcohol-free beverages. Deb resides near Louisville, KY, is married, and is the proud mother of two daughters, Hannah (22) and Lily (17). Throughout her 40s, Deb faced a series of significant challenges, including her eldest daughter's critical illness, a divorce, breast cancer, a double mastectomy, and the loss of both parents to dementia. During these tumultuous years, wine became a comforting companion. However, she realized that while alcohol was numbing her pain, it was also diminishing the joy in her life. Approaching her 50th birthday, Deb decided it was time for a change and stopped drinking on December 31, 2020. Initially aiming to moderate her intake, she discovered that she felt remarkably better without alcohol and embraced sobriety. Just ten days into her alcohol-free journey, Deb launched her Instagram account to inspire others to seek alternatives to alcohol. Breaking up with booze has proven to be one of her best decisions ever. Deb hosts the "Thriving Alcohol-Free with Mocktail Mom" podcast and runs a membership program for women looking to connect online over mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. She also organizes The Mocktail Summit, a global online event in January designed to educate and support those interested in alcohol-free options. Deb's recipe book, The Happiest Hour: Delicious Mocktails for a Fabulous Moms' Night In , is out now and has been enjoyed by thousands of people looking for easy recipes to make at home. Follow Deb on Instagram for recipes, tips, tricks, and menopause-related fun: @Mocktail.Mom. For more information, visit her website at MocktailMom.com. About Sarah: Sarah K. Heeter is a s

This week, I welcome back my friend Hady Mendez to discuss how we navigate uncertain times while staying true to our missions. As DEI programs face backlash and many organizations retreat from their commitments, Hady shares how she's responding with renewed purpose and determination through writing a book focused on helping underestimated employees reclaim their power. Our conversation explores how resilience isn't just a skillset but a gift passed down through generations. Hady opens up about her journey from experiencing workplace microaggressions to becoming an advocate for others, illustrating how personal experiences can transform into powerful tools for change in a system that won't be fixed overnight. Key Takeaways: Community matters now more than ever—surrounding yourself with like-minded people creates sanctuary when external environments become hostile Self-care isn't selfish—it's strategic and essential for long-term advocacy work Ancestral wisdom and resilience are gifts we can tap into during difficult times Individual action still matters, even when systemic change feels impossible Representation in business literature creates powerful "me too" moments that help others feel less alone Creating boundaries around news consumption and social media is a survival mechanism, not avoidance Whether you're feeling the weight of recent cultural shifts or looking for courage to continue your own advocacy work, this conversation reminds me that joy itself is an act of resistance and that finding your people might be the most revolutionary act of all. Connect with Hady: Hady is a Latina speaker and ERG coach based in NYC that works with ERGs looking to take their efforts to the next level. She is the founder and CEO of Boldly Speaking LLC, a company that is transforming the professional experiences of women and people of color by empowering underrepresented employees with the skills to self-advocate, self-promote, and capitalize on leadership roles within Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and throughout organizations. With a diverse career spanning over 25 years, Hady has served as Head of Equality for a major tech firm, held multiple customer-facing roles in high tech and financial services, served as a leader and advisor across various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), volunteered as an international champion for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women, and served as Community School Director at an elementary school in the South Bronx. In 2020, corporations couldn't post their black squares fast enough. DEI statements flowed like wine. Budgets materialized overnight. Promises were made with the conviction of zealots. And now? Those same companies are scrubbing DEI language from their websites faster than you can say "political backlash." In this week's episode with DEI and Learning & Development leader Noelle Johnson, we confronted this disturbing reality head-on: the rapid dismantling of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts happening across American business. One thing I've always been adamant about (and will *literally never stop talking about*) is that when you first start a business, your priority should be making money—not building an audience. Building an audience is a long game. It takes time to see significant returns. Meanwhile, rent is due. Big influencer business coaches always give advice about what they would do if they were starting over today, but it's so out of touch to anyone who hasn't been making $100,000+/month! But... eventually... you reach a point where you have no choice but to prioritize audience building in order to grow. Aaand if I'm being really honest? That's where I am in my business. And my guest this week, AnnMarie, feels that way, too! Meet AnnMarie: AnnMarie Rose is an Life-Proof Business Scaling Strategist with nearly a decade of experience helping coaches, consultants and service providers leverage their zone of genius to scale their businesses with clarity, confidence and strategic intention. She and her team have helped hundreds of business owners navigate growth mode with ease by aligning their business model to their vision, refining their offer suite and positioning, streamlining their marketing and sales systems, and dialing in an a-player team so they can elevate their impact and income without overwhelm, chaos or burnout. In this week's Big Brave Business episode, Alison Smith completely flips the script on what resilience actually means—and it's not about constantly bouncing back from hardship. Resilience isn't about recovery from challenges. It's about "springing back into the shape of ourselves." Alison shares the etymology of "thrive," which actually means "to grasp to oneself." Most of us have been sold this narrative that thriving means achievement, hustling, and end-goal success. But what if thriving simply means holding onto your sturdy center, especially when the world is trying to knock you off balance? Meet Alison: Alison Smith is an author, speaker, and coach dedicated to empowering leaders to build unshakeable resilience, foster deep-rooted confidence, and create meaningful impact by aligning their actions with their core vision and values. She helps her clients to leverage the power of small acts of resilience to design thriving personal and professional lives. Her work has been featured in various publications, and her book, “Drawing Your Line: Setting Boundaries Step by Step”, guides many to healthier living. My guest this week, Alex, has this gift of getting to the root—of seeing where the story behind the strategy is still running the show. She doesn’t offer formulas. She offers questions: → Who are you outside of what you produce? → What systems trained you to hustle for validation? → How often are you overriding your body in service of your business? She reminded me (and maybe you need to hear it too): you can’t out-think your way out of emotional conditioning. You can’t logic your way into safety. And you definitely can’t build a business that nourishes you if you’re still performing for a system you left years ago. Sometimes I see a small business owner on Threads post something so evocative and aligned with my core values that I can't help it and I just reach out and invite them on the podcast. If you've been listening to this podcast for awhile, you know I'm skeptical of business coaching, even though it's part of what I do. I've been one of the lucky ones on the receiving end of a massive investment into business coaching that didn't match my expectations or financial obligation, and I generally feel burned by the industry, like so many other online business owners. But coaching is a real field and business coaching is something a lot of people really could massively benefit from, if it is done right. My dear friend Amber Dancy joins me on the podcast this week to talk about all the ways business coaching SHOULD look, and tons of other REALLY fun topics that I know you're going to love. I have been looking forward to sharing this one with you. Meet Amber: Amber Dancy is a Business Leadership Coach and Consultant with over 15 years of operations experience. She believes that, sometimes, rebelling is the most practical thing a business owner can do—for both their business and their life. Amber works with leaders who are ready to transform one-size-fits-all business practices into human-first approaches, creating safer team relationships and allowing people to show up as their whole, unique selves within the business. She helps clients cut through the BS, using the science of energy and the wisdom of Human Design, to clear their vision and make decisions aligned with their unique energetic blueprint. Once their energetic leadership style is understood and work is defined in a way that truly works for them, she helps identify bottlenecks and energy leaks to optimize business systems and strategies for flow. By creating a work life that serves them first, both the leader and the business thrive. One of the things I've been thinking about for my own business is staring a non-profit/charitable arm in the Podfox umbrella. But meeting Paulaska Ramirez, my guest today, led to my realization that I never considered a non-profit as a business structure when I first became an entrepreneur. I definitely had the mindset that I was "staring a business" with the intention to make money... but I mean, CEOs of non-profits should get salaries, too. The point isn't that the team can't get paid (although that's not currently Paulaska's focus) but that the organization itself is not working to earn a profit. Even with a profit-oriented business (a sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, S-Corp, so many options for business entities!), you can still *also* have a non-profit. How does that work? What would that look like? What are the challenges? We're discussing that and more in today's episode with Paulaska. Meet Paulaska: Paulaska S. Ramirez is an exceptional leader and advocate who has dedicated her life to making a positive impact on the lives of first-generation women. At the crux of what I've been doing here with Big Brave Business is the question, "How do you become an entrepreneur, and grow and scale a business, with anti-capitalist values?" One of the reasons why my guest today, Joanna Horton McPherson, and I became instant friends is because people with shared values like that are really naturally drawn together. In part 1 with Joanna (she came back to record another episode, which will also come out in a couple of weeks), we are talking about how we build a business that's different than exactly the thing we wanted to leave in the 9-5 rat race. This led somewhat naturally to talking about our relationships with anger and emotional intelligence, and mission-driven entrepreneurship as public service and revolutionary action. Meet Joanna: Joanna Horton McPherson is a leader, serial entrepreneur, and speaker who specializes in the deeper aspects of leadership and personal fulfillment. We all remember the rise of emphasis on DEIB following George Floyd's murder and the increased attention on the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020. But shortly after, in 2023, those DEIB programs and priorities started declining. Now, there is almost a point of pride among companies retiring their DEIB programs and ERGs. My guest today, Michelle Beauchamp, came to me wanting to talk about why this is happening and what are the repercussions. Everyone is making predictions about online business in 2025 - what's in, and what's OUT. You've heard me mention Be You Brand Live, an event I spoke at a few months ago hosted by my friend Ati Grinspun in Las Vegas. One thing I LOVE about my friendship with Ati is that she really pushes me not just out of my comfort zone, but to really explore and challenge how my core values show up in different contexts. A great example of this is the resistance I felt when she brought up this concept of taking Radical Responsibility in your life and business during her opening remarks at her event. I'm so thrilled and honored that she came onto the podcast to really explore this concept with me and so much more. Meet Ati Grinspun: Ati is an acclaimed Personal Branding and Business Coach, Speaker, and podcaster, dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs. With her infectious energy, she simplifies the complexities of online and offline visibility, making it both manageable and fun. This conversation with Taina Brown is a powerful exploration of the insidious ways that white supremacy and capitalism have infiltrated online entrepreneurship. As a white woman, it was eye-opening to hear Taina's firsthand experiences navigating these systems as a non-white entrepreneur. Her insights on the coded language, biased algorithms, and lack of diversity in professional communities really challenged me to be more intentional about the spaces I create and the people I amplify. This episode is a must-listen for any entrepreneur who wants to build a business rooted in equity and justice, rather than perpetuating the harmful status quo. Meet Taina Brown: Taina is an elder millennial, Jeopardy enthusiast, and dog mom to doggy influencers. In her spare time and with the help of her community, she's building a world where people don't feel the need to live busy and burned out lives, laugh in the face of imposter syndrome, and generally stick it to the man. One of my favorite resources in online business is my friend Amber Gilormo. She's a lawyer who runs an agency providing resources and contract templates for small businesses like ours. I personally use several of her templates and she's my go-to for all my legal questions. I'm even an affiliate for her program! One person who might just be more critical of the online coaching industry than I am is my new friend and today's guest, Lindsay Hyatt. She particularly uses her online platform to speak about the shame that so many entrepreneurs feel, especially around financial investments they've made into coaching scams. One thing I've questioned so much in the past few years is - "Why do we consider 'hard work' a virtue?'" Some of the hardest working people in the world are the least productive, least 'successful,' and least wealthy - and yet the wealthiest folks in the world don't work anywhere near as hard as those living under the poverty line. Where does the myth that hard work leads to success come from and why does it persist? My friend Lisa, a productivity coach, is back on the podcast today because her unique perspective about what 'productivity' even means follows this exact line of questioning and interrogation. About Lisa Lisa Zawrotny is a Productivity + Accountability Coach, founder of Positively Productive Systems, and host of the Positively Living® Podcast. She helps multitasking creatives and caregivers reduce overwhelm and boost productivity without burning out or sacrificing what they love. When she’s not sharing how to simplify and stress less, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband and kiddos traveling, watching movies, and acting like a rock star, or hiding from the world with an iced coffee and a good book, probably trapped under a cat. When you spend a lot of time in the spaces online where people are discussing online business (especially typical coaching spaces), you'll hear a lot of "one-size-fits-all" advice - about online courses, memberships, high ticket offers, low ticket offers, focusing on one thing, and raising your prices, just as a few common examples. But the reality is that we are all totally different people and therefore, we have totally different strengths. Rather than trying to fit into some kind of mold for success, my guest today (Hannah Miller) is here to break down the value of really learning about your own strengths (like, through an assessment such as CliftonStrengths), and using what you know (and what you learn!) about how your unique brain works to create your own definition of success. About Hannah: Hannah is founding director of ‘sidekick’, a business built around enabling others to find their unique purpose. She enjoys communicating in all its forms and sees it is a powerful tool for development. Hannah is what you call a “Strengths - Based Coach”. She has been trained so that when you work together, you are given the tools to really get to know yourself: what you do best, what your contribution is - what your STRENGTHS are. Then you’re armed to make the right decisions and build a life that works for you. This conversation with my friend and colleague, Lisa Zawrotny, changed my life. Maybe a little change, but honestly it's stayed with me since we spoke and it is something I have been able to reflect on every day. Not only did we discuss the concept of overachieving, especially as part of our identity (if you've been listening to this podcast for awhile, you know that's me), but also we talked about redefining productivity, the idea of 'hard work,' and the impact of clutter (this is the part that blew my mind the most, my friends). This week I welcomed my friend and colleague, Ana Xavier. From the time Ana and I first connected on Instagram, I have been struck by her refreshingly approachable and authentic energy - a stark contrast to the "gatekeepers" I've encountered in the podcasting world. Ana shares how she's built a thriving business by staying true to her values of collaboration, impact, and empathy, rather than trying to emulate the "bro marketer" tactics that dominate our industry. One of the biggest takeaways for me is Ana's emphasis on the power of in-person connection, which has motivated me to step out of my comfort zone and attend more events and conferences. Ana also reminded me of the deeper purpose behind these connections - tapping into the collective wisdom and support of our community to uplift and inspire one another. This week, I'm joined by my friend & long-term client, Candace D'Agnolo. She's been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and has built and scaled brick-and-mortar businesses, retail business, service-based businesses, and digital businesses. When it comes to starting, scaling, and selling businesses, Candace is my go-to expert. So it's no surprise that I was thrilled to bring her on the podcast to talk about her idea of what it means to be big and brave in business. And you know what might surprise you? Of ALL her experience that many of us are so far only dreaming of, her idea of big and brave is all about her personal development and team leadership. No matter how successful you are in business, it always comes back to that! Meet Candace: From failing to scaling, broke to naming her price and selling businesses, and from chained to her storefront to traveling the world, Candace has experienced first-hand the extreme struggles and ultimate successes of pet entrepreneurship since 2004. The one thing she wished she had but couldn’t find was a support system of industry peers who believed in community over competition, mentors who could guide her, and a resource for the best marketing ideas around. I was thrilled this week to welcome Brooke and Tristan of the Reimagining Online Business podcast. If you haven't listened to their show, I can't recommend it enough. Their wry humor and sarcasm right from the first few minutes had me hooked, and I knew by the end of episode 1 that I had to have them both on Big Brave Business. One of the things that Brooke and Tristan are so passionate about is running businesses ethically - which is complicated to do as anti-capitalists in a capitalist world. The more you are aware of the heinous atrocities and human rights violations happening worldwide that are woven into everything we do and the way we engage with our economy, the harder it can be to see (and follow) the light. Is there such a thing as running and growing a business as an anticapitalist founder? We explore this topic and more in today's episode. About Brooke Monaghan (she/her) Business coach & founder of Fruition Growth Network. Brooke is a trusted advisor to founders and leaders who value impact, integrity, and relationships and are on a mission to set things straight in their industry. Her work focuses on the intersection of well-being and bottom line, guiding do-gooder lifestyle business owners to intentionally design profitable businesses around their values and their desired lifestyle. She is the founder of Fruition Growth Network, a collaborative platform providing accessible, quality support to self-employed folks and bringing people together to find power in community. About Tristan Katz (he/they) Digital strategist & equity-inclusion facilitator & consultant. Tristan is a writer, educator, digital strategist, and equity-inclusion facilitator. They specialize in content marketing strategies for justice-focused leaders and queer-trans Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) training and consulting. Tristan’s intention is to share this work with an anti-oppression and intersectional lens. He’s worked with organizations and clients such as Portland Public Schools, Accessible Yoga School, HubSpot, Stanford University’s YogaX program, and Williston Northampton School, among many others. Tristan was named one of Yoga Journal’s 2021 Game Changers and he is proud to have spent several years serving on the Board of Directors at Accessible Yoga before the non-profit dissolved in early 2024. You know the crazy thing about taking that time to slow the hell down? I actually made more money in July than I did in June. So what did I learn? I'm reflecting and sharing insights with you this week in the second-ever solo episode of Big Brave Business! What a thrill to have my friend and former client, Cheryl Ham, on the podcast this week. Cheryl jumped at something I said in a previous episode / on social media about the expression 'hire before you're ready' and felt passionately about coming on the podcast to dissect that advice and to help us understand when that advice is good and helpful, and when it's potentially toxic and harmful. About Cheryl: Cheryl Ham is the creative mind (and hands) behind Hypnotic Yarn and the Yarnable subscription box, delighting knitters around the world with curated yarn surprises, month after month. Drawing from her personal journey and experiences, Cheryl now coaches creative entrepreneurs, helping them grow and thrive in their handmade businesses. One of the things we hear all the time in the online business space these days is "trauma-informed." This was one of the fundamental keys to the discussion I had in today's episode with trauma-informed marketer, Stephanie Bilinsky. There are a lot of ethical questions and layers in online marketing in 2024 and beyond, and it was my honor and privilege to get to speak about some of these nuances with Stephanie. About Stephanie Bilinsky: Stephanie left their 9 to 5 in education to build a business that allowed them to write all day and thrive. Along the way, they discovered a passion for helping other entrepreneurs grow through trauma-informed marketing. In addition to providing SEO copywriting services, Stephanie and their spouse Theo run a Patreon community. Together they share education on ethical marketing, sales, and photography. If you've listened to this podcast for a little while, you might remember that I started my business in the wake of getting laid off. My guest today has had the distinct and unique pleasure of experiencing the trauma of getting laid off multiple times (which I literally can't imagine, what a powerhouse brave woman she is). Today, we're sharing our lay-off stories and also exploring how to build courage in entrepreneurship, especially after a lay-off. About Liz Richards: Liz is a devoted mother and entrepreneur. Let's be honest, basically every entrepreneurial or business podcast out there has an episode about burnout. So when Alenka and I met on Threads and she mentioned she wanted to talk about burnout, I knew right away that I wanted to make sure this was a conversation that goes beyond just 'what is burnout,' 'what does burnout feel like,' 'how can you avoid burnout,' etc. Alenka and I explored the gendered nuances of burnout - and although there are many other factors and characteristics that can also impact your relationship with burnout, this episode is specifically about burnout for women. About Alenka: With over 15 years working in the software space Alenka has spent her career in a male dominant space, often being the only woman in a room and the youngest. She is currently building her own business after going through health issues where she wasn't able to find answers in conventional medicine. Human Resources is such an interesting beast. I have certainly felt both the benefits and the obstacles of HR in a typical 9-5 corporate environment, and it's a whole other complicated aspect of business as a small business owner. I asked my friend, HR consultant Kirsten Zeigler, to join me for this week's episode of Big Brave Business to talk about HR's role in business, when we need HR, and the ethical complications with AND without HR. We've talked about networking on this podcast before, because in the fall of last year I did an ambitious (read: crazy) networking challenge. I learned a lot during that experiment that I've been implementing in 2024, and my guest today has a lot of experience making the most of networking, too. The reality is that although it's hard, and it's awkward, and it's uncomfortable, and it pushes you out of your element, it can also lead to the most incredible opportunities and growth. This episode has been a long time coming, because my friend and team member Katie Carson is finally joining me on the podcast. Katie and I met because she listened to the podcast, and then reached out to chat in general, which led to us working together to launch her podcast Ditch the Ick, and now she's even joined the Podfox team as an account manager. In this episode, we started with this general concept of "what does it mean to be big and brave in business," which led to all kinds of topics including what's fucked up in corporate life, the wage and leadership gender gap, bad blanket business advice like "just raise your prices," and so much more. When Hady Mendez came to me and said she wanted to talk about the experience of WOC at work, I was absolutely sure I wanted to have the conversation and also I wasn't sure how best to go about it as a white woman myself. This was an interesting conversation where Hady was able to share her own experience as a woman of color and the ways she's devoted her career to supporting other women of color at work, and I was able to lean in and learn as a white woman and a self-proclaimed ally about how I too can better support women of color in my own life and business. About Hady Mendez: Hady is a Latina speaker and ERG coach based in NYC that works with ERGs looking to take their efforts to the next level. Alright besties, I'll level with you. I used to have an online course, and I HATED IT. I share why in this episode, but also, I definitely think online courses are in my future business model because I want to make podcasting as accessible as possible to as many people as possible. But I have learned the hard way that online courses are not a get-rich-quick scheme and it's not easy to make them effective. We can all agree that job searching sucks - and from the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding side, it's really not much better. The standard practices for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding are totally archaic and suck. My guest today is my friend and client, Carly Patryluk. She's a pet business owner who has revolutionized her recruitment and hiring methods. In this episode, we are chatting about what matters to us when hiring and onboarding our team members, what we look for in team members, what is broken when it comes recruitment standards in business. About Carly Patryluk: Carly Patryluk is the owner of House of Paws Pet Boutique in Regina, Saskatchewan, where she has a "bone"-afide talent for marketing her store and creating lasting relationships with her customers. Despite opening a very “different breed” of pet store just before the pandemic, Carly's ability to think outside the “litter box” and unleash her creativity helped her business grow to a whopping $60k per month in sales in just two years. With a strong team in place, Carly now has the freedom to focus on her business rather than working in the business. Self-Abandonment runs deeper than saying no when you want to say yes or saying yes when you want to say no (although that counts!). Self-Abandonment is actually a symptom of conditioned beliefs about prioritizing others' needs, emotions, or acceptance over your own. If you ever struggled to feel seen, safe, or soothed in childhood, this will show up in adulthood as self-abandonment. For leaders in business, ALL of our wounds, trauma, and mindset issues get pushed to the forefront. That can often look like struggling to follow your intuition and getting caught up in everyone else's advice - even if it's bad advice, or over-committing and struggling to maintain boundaries with your business. About Jessica Parr: My guest today is Jessica Parr. Jessica is an online business mentor for visionary women desiring to lead rich lives in more ways than just their bank accounts. This week I'm joined by my friend and client Becky Aste... and our husbands! You've heard me (and Amanda) call out Eric so many times in this podcast, because he edits this show (and several of my client shows). Becky's husband Sebastian recently entered her business, too. We thought it would be fun to sit down, all four of us, to chat about the dynamics of bringing your spouse into your business and figuring out how to work well together, but also how normative gender roles come into play. What is it like to be married to a female entrepreneur? What is it like to be out-earned by your female spouse? What is it like to work for your spouse, with your spouse as your boss? All of this in more in today's episode :) About Becky & Sebastian Becky & Sebastian's journey is both personal and powerful. After spending a decade exploring every mainstream method to save their marriage, they found themselves 2 kids later, separated and on the verge of divorce. It was then that they discovered their buzzer-beater, hail-mary healing that not only revived their marriage but has now aided countless other marriages worldwide. Becky and Sebastian bring to the table a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise, offering insights and strategies that truly change lives. Becky Aste is the founder and CEO of I Do Breakthrough and host of the top 5% globally ranked podcast, “Your Breakthrough Blueprint”. Becky is a trauma-informed somatic marriage coach. Sebastian is a passionate advocate for raising human consciousness, healing and transformation. With a background in addiction, counseling, and ministry, Sebastian brings a unique perspective to our masterclass discussions. We are inspired by some of the things we’ve seen clients do and we’re also sharing some of the things we’ve personally done that did or did not make a big impact, and brainstorming what other ideas we might be interested in doing to express our appreciation in the future. What do you do or what have you received as a demonstration of appreciation at this time of year? We would love to hear from you. Check out our YouTube Channel (new videos on Wednesdays!)
