#9 - As a good student in high school, Heather Patel did not have an exact goal in mind when she decided to attend the University of Waterloo.  Three degrees later she had found her calling; helping others as a social worker. With a busy career and three children, the idea of having a place where parents could come together to decompress and learn from one another all while their children were entertained, was appealing.
