This is a podcast of two friends telling stories that just might go downhill fast.

This episode starts off with some modification to the workout challenge due to Tamara having an ear infection in both ears. Rheannon is crushing it, while Tamara is struggling being sick. Tamara does a run down of the difference of the book and movie of Wicked. Additionally, a small rabbit hole around the history of the movie The Wizard of Oz. Tamara waited to watch Wicked until after she saw the play on Broadway. She took a train from Boston to spend 10 hours in New York City to see specifically Mary Kate Morrissey. There was also a trip to a museum and Stardust Diner, but the big excitement for the trip was to see Wicked. From the end of the play there was only 59 minutes before Tamara's flight back to Boston finished boarding. Would she make it? Or does the trip go downhill fast? Not to mention the night skiing or the trip to Vegas.

They also dish on trust-breaking movie picks like Nightbitch and questionable TV shows like Midnight Mass . Add in a dash of name-amnesia (hello, “Mrs. Stark”?), and you’ve got a jam-packed episode guaranteed to go downhill fast in the best way possible.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara opening some wine and Rheannon get's into her attempt at a magical Christmas. Is it possible to be sick two year's in a row for Christmas? It absolutely is. It goes epically downhill fast and it brings down the whole house. A very happy toddler with a piece of pizza went into the truck, but things change on a dime when a Costco cup is not enough to catch the puke. Two car seats were taken out of commission before all was said and done. Tamara had mixed success with shopping online, but had the most fun with a 22 minute shopping trip for last minute Christmas Eve shopping. After having days of leftovers Tamara made her own chopped challenge to repurpose leftovers. Additionally, she had her own technical baking challenge when she wanted to make her Mom's homemade frosting, but her Mom doesn't have a recipe. It was all by measuring by eye and looking at it the sheen of the frosting. Tamara had a lot of fun and her Mom thought she was taking it a little too seriously. Season eight comes to a close with terms agreed to for a new podcast challenge for the new year that will likely go downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with a spa comparison. Rheannon got out of a sauna bag to come podcast while Tamara visited a spa the day before for four hours. Rheannon has a lot of concerns, but Tamara was unbothered. While trying to be healthy Tamara accidentally ordered the wrong drink. What she thought was juice was a red vinegar blueberry tea. Rheannon wasn't sure what to expect taking her daughters to Santa, but she was not prepared for the stranger danger that her toddler would experience. Santa was doing his best to win over both kids, but it goes downhill fast. Let's just say between the tears and the side eye it was one hell of a photo.

This episode kicks off with Tamara sharing the adventure that was bringing her new couch home. The U-haul was an unplanned expense, and it went downhill from there. Rheannon got a phone call for some venting, but then she took the side of Tamara's Mom. Tamara did repay her folks by helping put up Christmas lights. Rheannon thought the 30 year old ladder was very questionable. Rheannon is getting ready for annual viewing of Happiest Season. Tamara has some other holiday rom-coms recommendations that feature a queer love story. After watching 20+ movies in November Tamara has some good movies to watch and some movies to skip. Then we get to the very exciting life update of Rheannon's second baby has been born. It was all fun and games until the nursing staff takes away your water, and then it means baby is coming that day. Both Moms and both kids are doing well and adjusting to life as a family of four. Rheannon has settled in and found a new use for a nerf gun, as the journey continues of trying to train the cats to staff off the counter. The projects continue as Rheannon is building a GIANT play structure. This is an extra long episode, that does go downhill fast.

Disclaimer: This episode was recorded before the US election, so we were predicting the election before the election results were in. This episode kicks off with Tamara enjoying a victory Root Beer for her preceived Fantasy Football win. The game was not over, but Tamara likes living on the edge of heckling before the game is over and the true winner is known 100%. Rheannon wanted to know if Tamara has a crush on Steve Kornacki. She loves the stats and this era that we live in that appreciates a nerd. Rheannon is currently losing to Tamara in Fantasy Football. Let the heckling begin. Tamara does make the mistake of siding against Rheannon on how late Thanksgiving is this year, but she is also going rouge and putting up her Christmas tree ASAP. Tamara wants to win a prize for reading Rheannon's mind to guess what actor she is talking about. Spoiler alerts if you have not finish Agatha All Along. Rheannon didn't love it, and to no one's surprise Tamara really liked it. Rheannon is raising a very independent left handed baby. Tamara had a lot of fun being the fun aunt and saying yes to everything the baby asked for. The pod wraps up with some stress at the end of Monday night football. Rheannon hoping for extra time, while Tamara wants the game to end to cement her victory. It definitely goes downhill fast.

Tamara was living her best life in cute swimsuit and hot tub life. Winning Fantasy Football this week for Tamara came down to one last receiver needing 22 points on Monday Night Football. It was very stressful, but Tamara pulled out the win. Tamara shares how great it was to see her favorite band in concert. Even if it was bittersweet that the Band Joseph was going from a trio down to a duo. It will always be Tamara's favorite bad, but it did feel like an end of an era. Rheannon started a project to put up permanent holiday lights, that might have needed a giant ladder. Rheannon is afraid of heights, so she did have to call in some backup to climb the ladder for her. The remodel extended to the kitchen and one of her daughters favorite toys. It is important to be a positive role model for your daughter, and that extends to a new idea for a project that will help the kids grow into strong independent women. It might involve learning to drive stick shift and how to repair your own car. Even if the project goes downhill fast there will be a lot of learning and laughter along the way.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara unboxing of her first ever TikTok purchase. The unbox perhaps wasn't the most exiting, but Tamara is very exciting for her new foot massager. Tamara continued her activities by trying two new "healthy" drinks. One was a green juice and one was a water. What could possibly go wrong. Tamara had a great time visiting the zoo with family. Rheannon's baby has learned a new party trick. She is climbing to new heights! You give a baby a tower to climb on, and she just might want to climb on everything. Rheannon had a fun night with fam cooking soup dumplings and cookies. The cookies were a hybrid of chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. Rheannon is struggling to sneak snacks in her own house, because the baby wants comes running wanting a snack. Rheannon tried to send her niece home with a bow and arrow. Her sister wasn't having any of it. All bows and arrows need to stay now at the fun aunts house. Rheannon is still on the hunt for more bows. She is raising a bunch of Katniss Everdeens. Rheannon is trying to trade a bounce house for nerf funs. What could go wrong? It will 100% go downhill fast.

This week Tamara is still struggling with the Fantasy Football. Her tactic of picking players just because she likes them isn't working. Also, she doesn't have the patience to keep players after one bad week. Rheannon didn't celebrate until the week was finally over, because she learned her lesson from last week. Tamara was very frustrated to watch a football game, that she had already listened to on the radio. However, she got out voted and thus ended her birthday week by not being able to pick the movie. Rheannon was right about using movers to move and hot tubs are great! Tamara is slowly getting moved in to her new apartment and loving it. Rheannon is struggling with entertaining the baby while she cooks dinner. It is the new cooking challenge to open tiny packages as quick as possible to cook while the toddler is watching. Rheannon had a great anniversary. Tamara did her best to help Rheannon plan a surprise. If you listen to this episode you are now part of the secret keeping. What could possibly go wrong, this episode goes downhill fast!

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara's downhill fast story from a concert. The opener was the rock start Joan Jett and the headliner was the amazing Alanis Morissette. Although the concert was amazing, and there wasn't any actual rain Tamara did manage to lose her debit card at the concert. Unclear how, but lucky for her a nice human found it and turned it in. Rheannon had an epic weekend of cleaning out equipment and selling off stuff. Tamara really appreciated a text getting ordering a dresser, that wasn't meant for her, but she enjoyed being included. Tamara's awesome weekend also included some epic pickle ball with friends. She didn't win, but she had fun Rheannon is now out of cast and ready for a pickle ball challenge. This week's episode kicks off with Tamara recovering both from a sore back and a very spicy dinner in Portland. A fun evening in Portland included dinner and drinks, and Tamara did her best to keep up with ordering a fancy drink. Dinner and drinks were very good, but surprisingly spicy. Rheannon's house hold is struggling with another round of colds. Kids are very fun except for when they are sick and sharing their illnesses. Tamara was shocked to be pranked by her Spotify DJ. Rheannon makes Tamara describe a photo that they got in a group text. Let's just say it goes downhill fast.

She is still very happy with all of her purchases. Rheannon is concerned about Tamara's choice of movies for a movie marathon. Tamara struggles to talk Rheannon into her television recommendation. Reading books to a baby can be challenging when they want to turn the pages at her own speed. The trick is to simply memorize the book to read the page whether Rheannon can see it or not. Rheannon is very excited for her next baking adventure. Baking birthday cakes and raising the bar every year. The baby gate is creating the perfect storm. Animals trying to jump the baby gate while not being able to see over the gate. Will a dog jump on a cat or a baby, it is anyone's guess. It just might go downhill fast will a small collision.

This week's episode kicks off with minor tech support. Tamara was thoroughly entertained by a facetime mini Blaire Witch Project. It was like being in the movie only if it was a comedy and your best friend was running through their own house. It is amazing what a shaking camera and a dark interior can accommodate. Last week Tamara was struggling getting over the cold that she got from staying with Rheannon. The cold started with the baby and then made it's rounds through everyone else. Tamara did have the best time dog sitting. It was the perfect pup to dog sit for her. Rheannon was very successful in her end table construction. She inspired Tamara to finally put together her end table. There were some left over pieces though, so it might go down hill fast.

In this riot of an episode, Tamara dives headfirst (and wrist-first, unfortunately) into the saga of her latest athletic misadventure. Picture this: a tale of bravery, folly, and a wrist that's seen better days. Rheannon, ever the sage, swoops in with remedies that sound more like ancient witchcraft than actual medical advice. Tamara, in her infinite wisdom, tries to dodge these mystical cures, forgetting that Rheannon is practically a wizard in a lab coat. Then, we slide into a post-Super Bowl world where the snack bowls were as empty as the promises of healthy eating everyone made. The group chat's stress levels were higher than the scores, with Tamara possibly setting a new record for most emojis sent in a state of panic. As if that's not enough, Rheannon's on a quest to revolutionize sleep in her household, introducing a schedule that's met with enthusiasm ranging from "meh" to "you've got to be kidding me." It's like herding cats, if the cats were insomniacs with a Netflix addiction. And because we're gluttons for punishment, Tamara trudges through her reviews of Oscar-nominated films, where Rheannon's tolerance for chase scenes is tested. Spoiler alert: it doesn't take much. One car chase, and it's all tumbling downhill faster than you can say "cut!" Just like this episode, which might just be our wildest ride yet. Rheannon's facing a hydration crisis, rejecting the mere notion of plain water like it's a villain in a superhero movie. Meanwhile, Tamara's living her best life in a cabin by the water, blissfully unaware of Rheannon's liquid woes. Tamara takes a dip in the freezing cold water and emerges, convinced she's just survived a stint in the real-life Blue Lagoon. Even with her Dad’s help the mic stand is still very unstable. Rheannon has a lot of suggestions on how to fix it, and Tamara is not having any of it! Rheannon had an awesome date night going out to dinner and then saw Fortune Feimster live. Rheannon’s daughter now has a emotional support pumpkin, and there is nothing cuter than a baby and a tiny plastic pumpkin. A pumpkin actively rolling away from a baby, what else could go downhill faster!

This week kicks off with Tamara being on time for once! She wasn’t time all day, but she was on time where she could. This week’s workout challenge is finally banging on all cylinders for Tamara. Rheannon couldn’t wait any longer to tell Tamara what she will be dressing up as for Halloween. Let’s just say there will be a lot of Jurassic Park music playing, and it will be glorious. Tamara had a blast at Comic Con while Rheannon had a blast fishing. Both spent way too much money on snacks, and much like this episode it went downhill fast!

This episode kicks off with Tamara having a love hate relationship with her mic stand. She tried and failed at using zip ties to attach a boom mic, and so she used almost 40 feet of rope. Rheannon shares some fish facts, and Tamara trying to guess facts goes downhill fast.

It was a roller coaster to get here, but she is loving the new car and joining the Subaru crew. After watching the new Guardian's of the Galaxy 3, Tamara is looking at raccoons a little different. She might have cried a couple times during the movie. Tamara did love the new Barbie movie, and did want to encourage Rheannon to watch it at some point. This episode kicks off with two Moms and a baby settling in to podcast. Tamara shares her adventures from the Blue Lagoon. She loved it and enjoyed some relaxing in between flights. It was good that she relaxed while she could because car shopping has been stressful. It is more difficult to buy a car than Tamara had anticipated. Episode wraps up with Tamara's highlight from her trip was the Florence and the Machine concert in Sweden. Amazing concert that did end at midnight, and it was a light night getting back to Copenhagen. Amazing trip, that only went downhill fast just a little.

Tamara kicks off the episode with one of her favorite new songs. Rheannon had a very eventful evening with an alarm that recommended evacuation of the home. It is very difficult to evacuate any place with a baby. Tamara was able to grab lunch with a buddy for lunch while she was in a random city for a softball game. She is really having a lot of fun cheering on her friend's kid yelling and getting into the game. Being back in a town that Tamara had played soccer in brought back a lot of memories. Specifically, a time that her team got in a fight with the other team. Rheannon has a lot of questions about how Tamara's car hunt is going. Tamara and Rheannon are both loving the same TV show. It is a comedy murder mystery filmed in a beautiful place. We have all the components of a great show! We will get the answer very soon of who done it, and it will for sure go downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara and Rheannon realizing they have very different struggles this week. Tamara had a hard time reading a pizza menu in a drive through window due to very small print. Rheannon was in the middle of a relaxing shower when the shower started to back up. Tamara wouldn't even know how to begin diagnosing that kind of problem. It seems especially upsetting since you are naked and covered in soap to suddenly have a job to do. Timing gets a little off with some technical difficulties. Tamara gets called on to help kill a spider at work, and she fails to kill the spider. She might not be called on again to kill a spider. Rheannon questions Tamara trying to compare spider killing to hunting. It might be a stretch, and lets just say it will go downhill fast much like this episode.

This week's episode includes a special guest! Rheannon's childhood friend joins the podcast to share her historically accurate perspective. A one day trip to Missoula is a rough trip for Rheannon. There was not accurate prep or nearly enough water. Traveling with kids can be rough at times, but you can't win the real MVP of road tripping with children if you haven't caught throw up in your bare hands. Tamara found herself in an awkward discussion of best way to go about sharing a bagel. The cats in Rheannon's life are adjusting to being outside cats. Tamara was too tired to kill or escort outside a spider, so she found herself keeping an eye on a spider while she brushed her teeth. Much like this episode it goes downhill fast.

This episode kicks off the new producer having notes. Equipment is being upgraded and it all working towards getting towards perfection. Tamara has been working way too much and is confused how people can put in 80 hour work weeks on the regular. Don't worry Tamara has one eye on her trip this summer to Europe. Weighing options for cruises and visiting Iceland makes the long days and long work weeks a little easier. Rheannon got in her last fishing trip before the baby comes. Two fish were caught and released, so the fishing season has begun. Tamara has a couple tv show recommendations for Rheannon, and one is a musical. It could go really well, or it just might go downhill fast.

This new episode kicks off with literal applause as Tamara and Rheannon play with the new sound board. There are lots of buttons and Tamara is very confused by all the buttons and all the possibilities. Diego is recovering from his trip to the vets. Although no one is getting used to his creative tail and paw shaving that was done by the vets. It was done for necessity and Charlie was not sure it was the same cat. After a fun baby shower the fun keeps going as Rheannon is working her way through the baby books. One perhaps with darker humor than you might imagine. Had a blast checking out a giant art instillation with the kids. Had to wait in line with all four nieces and nephews. It could have gone downhill fast, but the kids rallied for ice cream to be on their best behavior.

Rheannon has been painting for days and putting up with living in chaos. Tamara is still not sold on the sauna bag. Rheannon cannot understand why Tamara is okay with a gym hot tub, but not okay with a personal sauna bag. Tamara completely forgets what a tanning bed is called, but luckily Rheannon is there to help. Scary movies have made Tamara nervous of tanning beds and that might be carrying over into the sauna bag. After the last skiing trip, Rheannon celebrated with a family trip to the steak joint. You know it is a good dinner when the kids are asking for a rain check on ice cream for dessert. Tamara had a great brunch with her brother and his family. She then followed that up with lunch on a patio. Rheannon needs Tamara to get an allergy test, and she is going to laugh really hard if she isn't actually allergic to hazelnuts. In about a minute Tamara turns it into a competition with her brother. One thing we know is that it is going to go down hill fast.

Another guest on the podcast this week. Rheannon got into some shenanigans on an adventure and her wife joins the podcast to help tell that story. Tamara is asked to weigh in on this idea of a possible lake front property. Turns out it was an adventure to go look at this property. It was a little alarming to have the highway turn into a road then a gravel road and then a one lane dirt road. The truly alarming part though was the road still having banks of snow on either side. Unfortunately they didn't take the truck, and the car was sliding up the hill. They didn't even get eyes on the property. Luckily they didn't get stuck, and Rheannon had to return the next day with her truck to check it out. Tamara has fun discussing the season finale of The Last of Us. Also, Tamara is happy to report her thoughts on Cunk on Earth. TV recommendations aside this episode goes downhill fast.

Rheannon has an idea about what boots Tamara gets very distracted by her computer trying to keep starting a movie. Rheannon gets the gift of not having to work out on her birthday. Yesterday there was a small misunderstanding with Tamara's car. Lucky for everyone it was a quick fix. Tamara does her best to share the main plot points of a movie she wants Rheannon to watch. If you ever wondered what it was like to travel with Tamara to England, you can hear all about it. It is about as chaotic as you might imagine. When traveling Tamara just wants to leave space for snacks and treasures. Rheannon is back trying to keep the cats from clawing up the new furniture. All part of the animal training for when the baby comes. Let's just say this episode goes downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara and Rheannon having a guest to weigh in on some important topics. The first one being the correct way to say Costco. Tamara is sad to learn that she appears to be the odd one out with the pronunciation of Costco. Although no one can convince her that she has an accent. Next up is a critique of Tamara's review of the spa. Let's just say there might have been a lot more people and a little less relaxing than Tamara might have said. Then Rheannon has a fun update of her birthday present, that she might have opened early. A new challenge has been suggested, but Rheannon is not having any of it. She want's no part of magical morning challenges. Then we get into stories about running with gators and swimming with snakes. Rheannon does her best to help, but Tamara only has questions on where the word comes from. Then we get on a tangent of potatoes and potatoes flower. Rheannon shares some insight on stand up, while Tamara shares her favorite poop joke from her new favorite TV show. Tamara is the odd man out, and find's herself outvoted on whether or not corduroy slippers are cool. This then launches a debate on smile faces and emoji's. Then we launch into a rundown of feedback for Tamra and Rheannon from a friend of the podcast. There is a lot of helpful feedback on how previous episodes went downhill fast. We then come up with a new dating challenge. Let's just say much like this episode it goes downhill fast.

Babies might be able to nap on a table, but Tamara has questions. Tamara has been loving watching the Last of Us. Rheannon has been watching the show, but she is perhaps the one person who hasn't played the video game. Tamara is wanting Rheannon to get her wife some kind of special gift. Other shows reviewed in this episode is Rizzoli and Isles. Clearly the show would be better if they were a couple, but sadly that goes downhill fast too.

Tamara feels very accomplished finally delivering the mugs, even if the parking lot exchange was just as awkward as everyone thought it would be. Tamara has finished her Christmas shopping and finished 90% of it in one day. Rheannon is beside herself when someone finally agrees with her that a tape is too hipster. Rheannon has strong opinions of Tamara buying an expensive tape and going a step too hipster. Tamara has a corrections corner for claiming her friends didn't know the rules to white elephant, when in fact they really did know the rules. Rheannon did bake brownies that might have ruined a pan. Tamara did have a laundry list of complaints about how Rheannon “delivers” brownies to people. Last week Tamara tried to surprise Rheannon with cookies, since they were gluten free. Sadly it didn’t work out. Tamara would recommend the new Hocus Pocus 2, and Rheannon would also recommend it, but she has only stayed away for about a third of the movie. Rheannon stayed busy fishing while Tamara was out of town. Poor Rheannon's sister got the worst of it fishing by being eaten alive by bugs and being ignored by Rheannon. Tamara can only imagine how hard it was to get Rheannon's attention during the golden hour of fishing. Tamara is willing to give it a chance, but will probably not love the survival show as much as Rheannon does. Rheannon has a solid jump scare when her cat startled her. Tamara had a fun family weekend filled with good food and water games. Rheannon ups the games in her house by adding laser tag. What should have been a fun family game escalated when not everyone was playing by the rules. According to Rheannon Tamara failed an impromptu pop quiz on what to take into the wilderness for a reality show. This week's episode has Tamara and Rheannon reunited to podcast in person. Tamara's weeks of dog sitting continues, but Rheannon would say she is back on the better side of the mountains. To kick off the episode Tamara and Rheannon start with a history refresher of a phone land line being connected to the internet. Tamara might have cut some wires while under the house. She was not harmed in her adventures under the house, but the internet was not so lucky. The saga with Diego trying to bring stuff in the house continues. Rheannon does not love the new night time routine. While recording the episode both cats are up on the roof trying to hunt a crow. Rheannon tries to convince Tamara that reorganizing the two offices somehow is a step towards remodeling the bathroom. Let's just say this episode goes downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with an update on John's most recent mischief. After destroying the gate trying to keep him out of kitchen Rheannon had to put in a replacement baby gate. Only to learn that John can jump it real easy and the mischief continues. Not to be outdone the cats have also been causing problems. Rheannon woke up to noises in the night. An unknown animal might have been in the house, but it is unsure. Tamara has been staying busy hanging with the family, and decided to lend a hand and mow the lawn. This week's high excitement was when Tamara experienced a new idiot light turning on. Luckily it didn't go too downhill fast.

Rheannon is very upset with her dog. John has decided that when there is thunder the only person that he wants to be around is Theresa. Even if she is making fun of him, John still only wants to be around her. It was an eventful weekend when one of the toilets stopped working. After a lot of googling, renting equipment, and trying everything it took a plumber to fix. Tamara perhaps has been watching a little too much criminal minds, and was very startled when a closed door opened on its own. Turns out one of the dogs learned to open doors by jumping and pulling on the lever. Rheannon shares that the cats are asking for food a lot more often when Tamara isn't in town. Turns out Tamara spoils the cats with a little extra food. Tamara wants more chickens, so she can name one. Turns out googling with Alexa is more difficult than it sounds. Much like this episode it goes downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with Rheannon's feedback for Tamara signing off her emails with "best". Lots to ponder for Tamara moving forward. This week Tamara didn't do a lot of work since she was recovering from being sick. Rheannon made the mistake of drinking extra pulp orange juice. Tamara laughed so hard she cried. Rheannon has started picking movies in less than 60 seconds. Tamara takes this as a chance to quiz her on the titles of the movies she has picked recently. It went downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with the saga that was the lawn mower chamber of secrets. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. It was a one step forward and two steps back. Tamara did her best to help out and managed to get a little work out in while helping. Decisions were made using the tried and true method of rock, paper, scissors. Which left most people satisfied. Let's just say that it went downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with a surprise taste test. Rheannon is not a big fan of soda, so we are off to a rough start there. There were points for bubbles and the fun color of the soda, but overall the after taste is what soured the overall experience. Tamara had a rough week while dog sitting and then driving on the freeway. Accidents outside of her control that went downhill fast. John makes a couple of appearances trying to ask for his dinner. Rheannon had her own downhill fast experience. John mistook a log as an animal and jumped out of the kayak to investigate. He was then very confused as to why Rheannon was upset. Much like this episode it went downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with a recap of the adult easter egg hunt, which included hunting for airplane shots hidden around the yard. Tamara maybe pushed the rules of it not being full contact by literally pushing Rheannon. It was fun once "all" the bottles were found and it was time to negotiate and trade for peoples favorites. Jury is still out if all the bottles have been found. There was enough food for 19 people. Rheannon and Tamara had a hard time remember just how much food there was. Tamara lost in the game of cards against humanity. Her strategy of just picking the card she thought were funny didn't really work out for her as a winning strategy. The bathroom remodel continues with one of the final hurdles being the toilet installed. There were highs and lows, and Tamara was in the trenches. It involved a few broken pieces and a part that was thought to be lost in the garbage. Turns out it wasn't. Additionally, it turns out trying to pick a show to watch was just as difficult. After trying to find a show for over an hour another roommate stepped in and picked movies for us. It went downhill fast much like this new episode.

This week's episode kicks off with a major update to the bathroom remodel. Dry wall happened, and painting was completed. Finally the tile was able to go in. It took all four roommates, but the house is days away from getting a second toilet. Tamara had a fun time hunting a fly with Diego. John has taken up some cat like tendencies and now likes napping in the sun on the pool table. Tamara had an adventure of hot tubbing in a hotel. The water quality was a little questionable and it was defiantly way too hot. Rheannon made a delicious dinner this week. Tamara learned to trust Rheannon on her recommendation of sour cream. This week Tamara and Rheannon have been bumping into each other in the middle of the night going and coming from the bathroom. Tamara mentioned part of her sleep machine mask had broken, and Rheannon was all ready to get her tools and help Tamara fix it. Rheannon was very kind to offer to help knowing Tamara can't sleep without it. Tamara had a heart attack when she was walking outside at night and stumbled upon what she thought was field of snakes. Rheannon had a lot of questions, and isn't sure she believes Tamara. Next time Rheannon wants to get photo proof. Much like this episode it went downhill fast.

This week kicks off with Rheannon plotting what Tamara's projects will be since she missed out on bathroom remodel this weekend. Rheannon was also worried that Tamara hasn't been working out. She has been working out, but not wearing her watch. Tamara for the first time in a very long time was able to go for a swim and a hot tub. There is some confusion on who should be blamed for roommates getting sick. John has come up with a new level of bad dog behavior. He was found sleeping on the pool table. Tamara is still confused as to why he would think that is a good idea. While visiting home Tamara is not afraid to capitalize on how cute her nephew is, and is not afraid to talk to Grandma about cookies around the toddler since he is harder to say no to. Light spoilers for the Death on the Nile movie. Tamara and Rheannon share what they liked and didn't like about the movie. After watching Where'd You Go, Bernadette, Tamara highly recommends it. Chickens are back laying eggs. Even more exciting Rheannon is planning on getting a couple more chickens. John tried to join the podcast to ask for dinner. He knew it was exactly 6:00 pm and did not wait to wait. Let's just say that John would not be comforted and much like this episode it went downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara being late running on Tam time. Although she is happy to be dog sitting a pup that lets her sleep to 8:00 am. Rheannon had an amazing weekend filled with yard work and being productive around the house. There were some struggles in Rheannon's household trying to get all the animals to get along at night. Tamara has her world rocked when she learned that people would pee in a wetsuit to warm it up. Rheannon is convinced that everyone pees in a wetsuit. Tamara tried to phone a friend, and was very sad their buddy didn't answer. Rheannon is very confused that Tamara has never thought about peeing in a wetsuit. Let's just say that Tamara's world is rocked and this episode goes downhill fast.

Fishing adventures happened. Tamara was cold all day. She was promised gloves and that didn't happen. It wouldn't have solved everything, but it would have helped. Rheannon was the only person who successfully caught a fish. Everyone had fun fishing, and lots of people almost caught a fish. Tamara was not one of those people. The things people said fishing had Tamara giggling all day. Tamara is really upset that Diego is sleeping on top of the stove. She is not convinced that he won't hurt himself. There is an upcoming adventure that Tamara is really excited about. It is a group activity and Tamara and Rheannon are still trying to con a buddy into going with them. It is a sound therapy. Rheannon thinks she will enjoy it, and Tamara thinks she will get bored. Rheannon is making the slow realization that maybe her favorite genre of movie is a romantic comedy. Although when you quiz her on the plot it is surprising what she remembers. Let's just say that it goes downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara and Rheannon catching up on their weekends. Tamara stayed home for a relaxing movie weekend and went out to a relaxing lunch. Rheannon went for a family ski weekend. Rheannon did not have a very restful weekend. The last ski weekend of the season also brought some crazy wind. Everyone tried to make the most of the bad weather and Rheannon wanted to reward her nieces and nephew their hard work with some froyo. Her mistake though was trying to take four kids to pick out their own ice cream with only two adults supervising. It was a zone defense that never had a chance at working. Tamara dropped the ball shopping, but she still doesn't feel like it is all her fault. Things were accidentally left off the list and Rheannon was really sad that her raisins didn't make it home. Mistakes were made and it went downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off learning about how the baking challenge went. The obstacles mounted after a few failed trips to the store. Starting the cake bake with gluten free pancake mix wasn't ideal, but no one was willing to go back to the store. Emotions were high for the bake and Tamara did not thrive in that team building exercise. Weirdly it was easier to team build with the children and work together to frost a cake. Lots of pool and foosball played, and the winner of the foosball was the five year old niece. Rheannon's birthday also included some mudding and drywall work. Tamara learned a lot about mixing the perfect mud. Tamara has been struggling getting her workouts in. After getting four walks in none of the workouts met the heart rate requirement. John joined us at the end of the podcast, but maybe didn't appreciate us airing all of his bad behavior. Things also got exciting this weekend when the microwave tried to catch itself on fire. Also, one of the cats brought in a mouse and then let it go in the living room. Let's just say it went downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with an update of the remodel work that has not started just yet. A lot of movies watched this week. Kicking things off with a review of Spencer. No one should be surprised that Tamara liked it more than Rheannon. Things got interesting this week with a trip to the movie theater to see Scream 5. An empty movie theater with reclining seats was a good time. Rheannon was happy to see the fifth movie in a series having seen none of the other movies. There of course is a bit of a disagreement about the rating scale about the movies, but mostly Tamara and Rheannon just like different things in a movie. Successful grocery store trip. Tamara had to juggle things carrying in the last load, but in the end no soda was dropped in the endeavor. Rheannon pulled off a bit of a surprise remodel on what Tamara thought was going to be a relaxing Sunday. Let's just say it goes downhill fast.

This episode kicks off with the question of if we were recording. New recording gear means a need for tech support. Rheannon was not loving her drink, perhaps partially because Tamara refused to go to the store. Tamara did her best to fix the problem by fetching grenadine. Turns out Tamara really only likes to go to the store when it is her idea. Thankful for the TV recommendations from folks, and there are a couple of good options. Rheannon had a horrible migraine and to make it worse she found herself at an indoor water park with a migraine. Tamara had a great visit home. Great visit with family and friends. She did get to go on a adventure with one of her roomies. Took a pup to get a bath, and since he was such a good boy he got to pick out his own toy. Tamara's weekend was also productive when she helped her parents switch out a light fixture at their house. Her brother maybe did a lot of the grunt work with the actual electrical work. Rheannon's birthday is coming up, and she has very specific plans for the type of cake she wants. Tamara is immediately all bought in on this team builder from hell of three roommates trying to bake Rheannon a gluten free multi tiered layered cake. Tamara is trying to set a calendar and figure out shopping, supplies, and other obstacles.

This episode kicks off with an update on the remodel work. One step closer to using the heated floors, and Rheannon really wants the pellet stove to know their days are numbered. Tamara had a great time working on remodel stuff with Rheannon and her buddy. Tamara thrived having a buddy to talk to and was able to work with supervision. The dry wall lift worked and managed to not crush anyone. Tamara wants to try cross country skiing, and even though Rheannon thinks she will hate it she is still willing to go along. There has been some feedback on our numbering system, but Rheannon is unapologetic in there only being 32 episodes in a season. There is a question on what tv shows or movies all the roommates can agree on watching. Rheannon has her shows that she likes, which tends to be a documentaries. Tamara on the other hand is ok with a scripted show. There is the crossover though of everyone enjoying a good murder mystery. Even if they don't agree on shows this episode goes downhill fast.

This week's episode kicks off with Tamara's adventures in Vegas. They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. In this case it is what Tamara saw in Vegas will stick with her forever. Although it did confirm that Tamara when face with a confrontation will freeze. Rheannon in the meantime went skiing with her family and now is up to teaching three nieces and a nephew how to ski. After bunny hill crossfit with a giant toddler Rheannon was relieved he finally learned to put all hist weight on his ski's. The amazing nick names continued with Reck it Ralph and Smooth Criminal joining the ranks of Speed Demon and Danger Noodle. While in Vegas Tamara took time on Sunday to relax and enjoy a spa trip. For the first time ever she got a seaweed wrap. It was a unique yet enjoyable experience. Although for anyone claustrophobic it would probably go downhill fast.

This week's episode is recorded from the same house, but different rooms due to a little technical difficulty. Tamara is getting packed and ready for her trip to Vegas. Rheannon has been adjusting to Tamara moving in by doing more of the cooking. Which is a side effect of being the only person in the house still working from home. Poor John is struggling with the snow and not being able to go on his walks. Rheannon was pleased to get Tamara on board with her plan for her record players. Her hope is to have three record players each in a different room. While Tamara is heading to Vegas this weekend Rheannon is heading to ski in the mountains. Rheannon has some predictions for how her nieces and nephew will do with their ski lessons. This week will be vacations, but next week is going to be bathroom remodel. Next up is dry wall. Tamara is hoping to be helpful, and that it doesn't go downhill fast.

Tamara had some trouble with her headlight repair and her windshield wiper repair, but lucky for her she had a couple people she could call on to lend a hand. Rheannon learned some important lessons about her new set up for her RV and the snow. Let's just say that this episode after the holiday hiatus goes downhill fast.

Tamara has scheduled an appointment to pay someone to fix her headlight. Rheannon is very disappointed that Tamara would pay someone to fix something so easy. Gift giving can be hard picking gifts and finding something the other person doesn't have. Rheannon shares the gift she got for her wife, and Tamara shares her confusion on buying expensive socks. Tamara pulls off one of the coolest things she has ever done by catching her friend from falling. Sledding is very different in college than it was as a child. Tamara did some baking with the family. She did time it so she did minimal work. It turns out if she does sub par work then she gets to eat more of the baked goods. It is the time of year for baking. This week also had Tamara playing a far amount of bingo. She didn't really know all the rules, and was very worried about calling out a bingo falsely. Rheannon and Tamara come up with a new dating app that lets your friends/family act as a wingman. Rheannon goes on a tangent at the end about Disney characters and which characters are sleeping with other Disney characters. Rheannon has some complaints about Tamara's movie recommendations. Tamara then goes on a bit of a rant with her new idea for a tv show she wants to write with Rheannon. John then decides to join the podcast with his frustrations. Turns out he is busy defending the house from possible critter invasion. One such critter is a cat. A once perceived stray cat shows up wearing a cheetah print vest. The real question is what animal is meeting John face to face and keeps coming back. It is now multiple times this week John has had to protect the house from the unknown critter. Tamara shares her breakdown from her Spotify wrapped list. There were some dipper changes and some sweet moments with the niece and nephew. Rheannon got to do some fishing. John was living his best dog life when he got to make a new friend. Playing with a great dane made John look tiny in comparison. Tamara is having fun dog sitting. Unfortunately, the streak continues of her breaking things while dog sitting. The workout challenge continues. Some folks are having more fun than others, but the workouts are getting done. Rheannon is getting the whole family geared up for the snow season, and it is only a matter of time before ski season is in full swing.

This week's episode we have a guest. Turns out Tamara maybe hasn't been the best house guest, and that is only partially because of a cracked dinner plate. The evidence is a little unclear and she is unwilling to take the blame. Rheannon has had a crazy last 24 hours after the theft of her generator. Middle of the night thud as something hit the floor. Tamara decided to check the house with a 22 pound dog for "backup". Turns out it was just her phone, but she didn't communicate that very well to her buddy before leaving. Let's just say it wasn't the only weird thing that happened in the middle of the night. This episode goes downhill fast from the start.

Tamara had some questions about the logistics of it. There was a good news update about the butt soap. Rheannon has an update and turns out she was right. Tamara has some updates on her travel with Ireland and England. She did manage to scare Rheannon pretty good because of some train news. Everything was ok in the end. Rheannon had a very productive weekend completing part one of the carport. Which is one step closer to being ready for winterization, which is good timing since it has already snowed once. There also was an afternoon where Rheannon moved six tons of pallets. Tamara enjoyed smooth travel, and the pleasant surprise of seeing the northern lights on her flight. Although there was the possibility of a who done it, Tamara just took her car to get the second car wash in three days.
