One of the things I learned early on, was that I need to have a STRONG team around me.

The problem that most people run into is they aren't willing to LET GO and build that team. 

Too many people are trying to to it all themselves or overstretch the people you DO have into being more than what they are best at. (don't worry, I'm guilty of this too)
