A few weeks ago, we announced our lineup for season 5 of our podcast but we forgot to check when films are being released and Disney , in their infinite wisdom, decided to drop Snow White so here we are to talk about it. You'd be appy to know that this episode was recorded away from the press and the media and we only invited each other. Is it better than Space Jam? Like the title suggests, this is indeed the third one. The difficult third album. Shrek the Third had very big shoes to fill following the masterpiece that was Shrek 2. Does it deliver? Not even close. It's interesting that the wheels have fallen off so suddenly with this franchise and there's a lot to unpack. Timberlake , Live & Let Die for no reason, weak villains and just a sense that the franchise is getting a little bit tired, but join us as we chat about the things we liked (there weren't many), things we didnt and finally get around to asking the question; Is Shrek the Third Better Than Space Jam? A live action Looney Tunes cartoon, this self funded passion project warmed our hearts with its originality and it is a film we hope you folks search out.
