Joining Lisa this episode are two inspirational figures who are familiar to many in the Manchester media scene, Hannah Campbell  and Kerry King.  

Both Hannah and Kerry have adopted wellness practices into their day to day lives and set up businesses to support others.  This fascinating discussion explores the role wellness plays in women’s lives, how to get the balance right as we enter different stages of life and some of the societal pressures that are placed on women around Wellness.

Hannah spent over a decade in senior roles in the agency world until 2023 where she founded Journey Ahead - a business in a mission to revolutionise the support landscape for expectant and new parents. She delivers coaching workshops with agencies, doula care to people during pregnancy and birth, relaxation events and retreats for women, and is currently building an app to guide people through bump, birth and beyond.

Kerry King - Bloom North’s Head of Wellness, is well known to most in the industry as she has worked in leading Manchester agencies for over 30 years. Kerry is Head of Marketing at essencemediacom and can often be found leading a yoga or qigong session on the rooftop of the WPP Campus. she launched her own business KIOM last year, raising awareness of the benefit of living in season and creating inclusive complementary therapies and sound healing treatments in particular for those living with cancer or critical illness.
