Let's OVERCOME discomfort, feeling unsettled and rejected
In this episode, I discuss feeling unsettled, feeling rejected, and how to embrace life in its entirety to achieve acceptance. Acceptance can be the birthplace of our gratitude. Acceptance of our environment and circumstances is equally important acceptance of ourselves. Denying our experiences is the same as denying an aspect of ourselves. We deserve to be accepted as whole, if not by the world outside of us, at least by the world within us.
