We focus on folks doing jobs that are pastoral, caring, health centred, social, creative, and innovative. The philosophy of the show is built on the three words Ubuntu, Ubunifu, and Ujamaa. Ubuntu - I am because you are. Ubunifu - Creativity and innovation. Ujamaa - Comradeship and community.
