Today I speak on the importance of building, and working with, a team when trying to accomplish your goals. It is tough to do all that is required to be successful on your own. In today’s economy, plenty of people are putting out high quality work thanks to the multiple hands they have on deck to help out. This will be the first talk of many I do regarding the importance of finding a team so look out for future podcasts to come!

Hop on social media today and you'll see a world full of people who are trying to sell you courses on how to pursue music, how to produce music, and how to be a musician. Is it too much? Has it killed the joy of being a musician? While the opportunities are endless, and the information out there is great, I am interested in connecting with musicians who are overwhelmed with the expectations musicians now have to be successful in today's digital age. I am looking to open a conversation around the bombardment of media thrown at us without necessarily offering a solution.

In this talk I describe how to reduce your ego in the music process. This is meant for those who struggle to create because behind the scenes they believe they need the validation as a songwriter or musician. They may be afraid to admit it but it exists and unlocking this may be the key to producing music that actually means something to them and others around them.
