Marc Jones is a Professor of Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as a consultant and researcher in performance settings working in both sport and business. He also runs a very helpful website called Sporting Bounce, which aims to connect sport psychology support with the world's sport performers and teams. Marc has done lots of work around the impact of stress on health, wellbeing and performance, and this is where we focus the majority of our conversation - as well as discussing what insights and learning can be applied across different performance contexts.
