Lord Stark will die because Theon Greyjoy will betray him

Catelyn could be one of Bran’s sisters or his mom or someone from another noble family

OR, since this chapter was from the perspective of a noble family, the next one would be the opposite; Catelyn is a little girl north of the Wall
