This week on Love Letters, Life, and Conversations Podcast Jane and Wendy took their podcast recording to Instagram Live to share the recording process with their listeners.  The springboard for their conversation this week is a quote by meditator, writer and speaker, Yung Pueblo. 

Jane and Wendy discuss the quote and ask themselves and listeners to reflect on this passage not only from the perspective of a love relationship but also in terms of friendship and connection with everyone in your life. They discuss the importance of checking in with each other and making our connections a priority.

• That hurt can sometimes play into how we connect with others. 
• How you show up for yourself
