Garrett Stratford-Cutler is a self-described alpha heterosexual (insert sarcasm here please), Wellbeing Teacher at an international private school in Bangkok Thailand, friend, and kind-soul.  I worked with Garrett at the Green School in Bali many years ago and needless to say, he was my kind of weird and we became good friends immediately. Garrett believes in love and wears his heart on his sleeve in this brutal world of online everything…Garrett is also one of the funniest humans I know, and I originally approached this episode with a light-hearted, tongue-in-cheek attitude with the hope of cultivating some laughs. However, Garrett ends up dropping some serious truth-bombs in regards to Men's Health, wellbeing, societal stereotypes, gender roles, love, the online dating conundrum, and much much more.
