**Sermon: "Fulfilling Your Mission with God’s Grace, Courage, and Perseverance"** **Text: Nehemiah 2:4** *"The king said to me, 'What is it you want?' Then I prayed to the God of heaven."* --- ### **Introduction:** Nehemiah’s story is one of purpose, faith, and resilience. He rebuilt what others said was impossible, faced opposition, and relied on God’s guidance at every step. His success reminds us that great leaders don’t succeed alone—they succeed with courage, perseverance, and the power of God’s favor. Today, we’ll compare Nehemiah’s mission to the efforts of modern leaders like **President Donald Trump** and **Elon Musk**, who, despite obstacles and criticism, pressed forward and experienced God’s unseen hand guiding them. --- ### **1. Nehemiah’s Burden Turned Into His Mission** When Nehemiah heard that Jerusalem’s walls were in ruins, his heart broke (Nehemiah 1:4). His burden became his mission, but instead of rushing into action, he turned to God in prayer. Nehemiah knew that success wouldn’t come from human effort alone—it would require divine intervention. He confessed the sins of his people, asked for God’s favor, and submitted his plans to the Lord. - **President Donald Trump’s Burden:** Like Nehemiah, President Trump carried a burden to rebuild and restore. His mission was to restore America’s economic prosperity, create jobs, and prioritize national security. When he took office, the country was divided, and many doubted his ability to lead. But Trump, like Nehemiah, turned this burden into action and stayed committed, even amid criticism and opposition. - **Elon Musk’s Burden:** Elon Musk’s burden was innovation—transforming space exploration, electric vehicles, and renewable energy. His vision wasn’t just about technology; it was about reshaping the future of humanity. But like Nehemiah, he faced moments of crisis, including near bankruptcy, yet he stayed focused on his mission. - **Lesson:** Just like Nehemiah, President Trump and Elon Musk didn’t ignore the burdens they carried. Instead, they committed to their missions and moved forward with faith that their work had a purpose beyond themselves. --- ### **2. Nehemiah’s Boldness and God’s Favor (Nehemiah 2:4-8)** When Nehemiah stood before King Artaxerxes and the king asked him, *“What do you want?”* Nehemiah didn’t respond with human logic—he first prayed to God. Afterward, he boldly asked the king for permission to rebuild the walls, letters of authority, and supplies. God answered his prayer by softening the king’s heart, granting him royal resources and protection. - **President Trump’s Bold Policies:** Like Nehemiah, Trump faced opposition but remained bold in his decisions. One key example was his decision to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem in 2018, a move that many leaders warned would cause unrest. But Trump’s conviction led him to p

Sermon Title: Transformational Leadership and Hearing God’s Mission Across Generations** #### **Introduction** Brothers and sisters in Christ, today we gather to reflect on the profound lessons from the lives of Abraham, Moses, David, Isaac, and Solomon. These great leaders of the Bible not only followed God’s calling but transformed their communities and nations. Their obedience and faith left a legacy that spanned generations, and their stories are relevant to us as we seek to transform our church, community, and the world. We will also explore how their examples inspire us to fulfill our missions at the **Global Jesus Mission Church**, **Meridian Wish Foundation**, and **Meridian University**, where we focus on empowering business owners, job creation, and transforming our communities. Let us also reflect on a renewed political vision for leadership that aligns with God’s purpose for our generation and beyond. --- #### **Abraham: Leadership Rooted in Faith** Abraham, the father of faith, obeyed God even when the destination was unclear (Genesis 12:1-4). His willingness to leave his homeland and trust God was a testament to bold leadership. Abraham built a foundation for generations, becoming the patriarch of a nation. - **Lesson for Us:** As leaders in our families, churches, and communities, we must step out in faith to embrace God's promises. Through our initiatives like the **Meridian Wish Foundation** and **Global Jesus Mission Church**, we encourage leaders to trust God’s provision as they create businesses and jobs that uplift communities. --- #### **Moses: Leadership Through Deliverance** Moses was called to deliver Israel from slavery and lead them to the Promised Land. Despite his initial doubts, he leaned on God for strength and guidance, performing miracles and delivering God’s law (Exodus 3:1-12). - **Lesson for Us:** Like Moses, we are called to be deliverers in our generation. Through programs like the **Meridian Wish Foundation**, we support business owners, entrepreneurs, and job creation, setting people free from poverty and unemployment. The **Global Jesus Mission Church** seeks to lead people from spiritual bondage into the light of Christ. --- #### **David: Leadership in Worship and Courage** David, the shepherd-king, exemplified leadership through his courage and heart of worship. As a young man, he defeated Goliath with faith, and as king, he unified Israel and brought the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem, prioritizing God’s presence (1 Samuel 17, 2 Samuel 6:12-15). - **Lesson for Us:** Leadership requires courage and a heart centered on God. In politics and the church, we must model David’s boldness in the face of challenges and prioritize worship in all we do. **Global Jesus Mission Church** aims to foster worship and leadership to transform communities and bring people c

Sermon Title: "Closing 2024 with God’s Holiness, Embracing 2025 with Purpose" Introduction: As we close the year 2024, let us reflect on the journey we've walked and prepare our hearts for the year ahead. How many regrets did you have in 2024? What accomplishments brought you closer to God? Life is a journey—a gift from God that calls us to align our steps with His divine purpose. Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us: "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." As this year ends, let us examine our hearts and lives through God’s Word and prepare for a new season. 1. Let Go of Regrets (Philippians 3:13-14) "Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Reflect on the regrets of 2024, not to dwell on them but to learn and grow. Were there unfulfilled prayers or missed opportunities? Remember, God's grace is sufficient, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Let go of the weight of past mistakes and focus on what God has planned for you in 2025. 2. Remove What Distracts You from God (Hebrews 12:1-2) "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith." In life, we accumulate physical and spiritual clutter—things, relationships, and habits that pull us away from God. This December, evaluate what has distanced you from Him. Is it a love of worldly possessions, busyness, or misplaced priorities? Clear space in your life for God's blessings. 3. Re-center Your Heart on God (Matthew 6:21) "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Reflect on where your heart has been this year. Was it with God, or were you chasing fleeting things? When God is not at the center of our lives, we feel empty and lost. Prioritize your relationship with Him through prayer, worship, and obedience to His Word. 4. Rejoice in God's Blessings (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus." Even in pain and challenges, God's blessings abound. I learned this through my own struggles with health this year. Remember, ordinary moments like eating, sleeping, and breathing are divine blessings. Rejoice in God’s presence and the love He has placed around you. 5. Pursue Holiness (1 Peter 1:15-16) "But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: 'Be holy, because I am holy.'" Holiness is living a life set apart for God, refl

DATE : Dec 22 2024 Christmas Sermon: The Gift of Hope in Jesus Page 1: Introduction Merry Christmas, beloved brothers and sisters in Christ! Today, we gather to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, the Light of the World. Christmas is a season of joy, love, and hope, reminding us of God’s unending grace and mercy. As we look back to that holy night in Bethlehem, let us remember the profound truth of God becoming flesh to dwell among us. Scripture reminds us in John 1:14: “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” Today’s message focuses on the ultimate gift of Christmas: hope, embodied in Jesus Christ. Page 2: The Prophecy of Hope Centuries before Christ’s birth, the prophets foretold the coming of the Messiah. Isaiah 9:6 declares: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” This promise sustained the people of Israel during times of despair, reminding them that God’s plan was unfolding. Likewise, in our lives, we may encounter darkness, uncertainty, or fear, but the prophecy of Christ reminds us that God’s promises are true and unchanging. The hope of the Messiah brought light to a weary world and continues to shine in our hearts today. Page 3: The Fulfillment of Hope On that first Christmas night, God’s promise was fulfilled. Luke 2:10-11 tells us: “But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.’” This good news transcends time, culture, and circumstance. It is the assurance that God’s love for us is so immense that He sent His only Son to save us. The birth of Jesus is the foundation of our faith, and it serves as a beacon of hope in a world often filled with chaos and despair. In Christ, we find forgiveness, restoration, and the promise of eternal life. Page 4: Living in the Light of Hope As recipients of this incredible gift, how should we respond? First, we must share this hope with others. Matthew 5:16 encourages us: “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Christmas is not merely a season but a lifestyle. It calls us to embody Christ’s love and extend grace to those around us. In a world longing for peace and joy, we are called to be messengers of the Gospel, proclaiming that Jesus is the reason for hope. Second, let us cultivate gratitude. James 1:17 reminds us: “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights.” Amid life’s challenges, let us remember that the gift of Ch

Date : Sep 29, 2024 Title: Christian Leadership: Servant Leadership Rooted in Biblical Principles* Introduction: Christian leadership is not just about managing people or being in charge; it’s about leading by example, serving others, and aligning our lives with God’s will. Jesus Christ, the greatest leader who ever lived, demonstrated this by serving humbly and sacrificially. Today, we will explore key principles of Christian leadership and look at biblical examples and stories of Christian leaders who lived these principles. **1. Servant Leadership** The foundation of Christian leadership is servant leadership. Jesus showed us that true leadership is about serving others, not seeking power or status. - **Bible Verse:** *“For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”* (Mark 10:45, ESV) Christ demonstrated servant leadership by washing the feet of His disciples and ultimately laying down His life for all humanity. **2. Humility** A Christian leader is humble, understanding that all authority comes from God. We lead by example, not by boasting about our power or position. - **Bible Verse:** *“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”* (Philippians 2:3, NIV) Humility leads to grace, allowing leaders to serve effectively without being consumed by pride. **3. Leading with Integrity** Integrity is the cornerstone of a Christian leader’s character. We must be trustworthy and consistent in our actions, aligning our public lives with our private convictions. - **Bible Verse:** *“Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out.”* (Proverbs 10:9, ESV) A leader who leads with integrity earns the trust and respect of those they lead. **4. Compassion and Love** Leadership must be guided by love and compassion. As leaders, we are called to care for those entrusted to us, just as Christ cared for His flock. - **Bible Verse:** *“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.”* (1 Peter 4:8, NIV) Leaders who lead with love create an environment of respect and growth, where people feel valued and supported. **5. Faithfulness and Steadfastness** Christian leaders must be faithful to their calling, consistently leading with perseverance even in the face of difficulties. - **Bible Verse:** *“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”* (1 Corinthians 15:58, NIV) Faithful leade

Date : 9/09/2023 Sermon Title: "Discovering Your Unique Calling & Crafting a Kingdom-Driven Mission and Vision" Introduction Good morning/afternoon, Church. Today, we will explore two powerful topics that shape both our personal lives and professional journeys: discovering our unique calling and crafting a mission and vision that aligns with God's Kingdom. These are not just business principles; they are Kingdom principles that guide us in becoming faithful stewards of the gifts and talents God has entrusted to us. We live in a world driven by success, but as believers, we are called to live for something more— God’s purpose . As it says in Jeremiah 29:11 , “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Today, I want to show you how to align your life and career with God’s plan . Part 1: Understanding Mission and Vision Let’s first define what we mean by mission and vision . A Mission Statement answers the question, “Why do I exist?” It defines our purpose, the core reason for our being. A Vision Statement answers the question, “Where am I going?” It describes our future aspirations, giving us a long-term view of where we are headed. The Bible reminds us that everything we do must align with God’s plan. In Proverbs 19:21 , it says, “Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” Our mission and vision should not just be about personal ambitions but about how we can serve the Kingdom of God through our talents, careers, and lives. Part 2: Crafting a Kingdom-Driven Mission Statement Crafting a mission statement rooted in Kingdom values starts with identifying your God-given talents and aligning them with a larger purpose. In Ephesians 2:10 , it says, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” To craft a mission statement , consider the following: Who are you? What has God called you to be? What do you do? What are your gifts, skills, and passions? Who do you serve? Your mission should not be self-serving but about helping others and advancing the Gospel. Example : “To use my leadership and creativity to inspire others to discover their God-given potential and live purposeful lives.” Part 3: Crafting a Kingdom-Driven Vision Statement Now, let’s talk about vision. A Vision Statement looks forward, showing where you are going. Matthew 6:33 reminds us, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Our vision must align with God’s Kingdom purpose, not just our personal am

Date : 9/01/2023 Sermon: Living for the Glory of God in the Workplace - 1 Corinthians 10:31 Date: Labor Day Scripture: 1 Corinthians 10:31 Theme: How to glorify God in our labor. Labor Day is a public holiday celebrated on the first Monday in September in the United States and Canada. It honors the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the well-being of the country. The day is often viewed as a celebration of the end of summer and is associated with barbecues, picnics, and various types of outdoor activities. Origins: The origins of Labor Day can be traced back to the labor union movements in the 19th century, which advocated for better wages, reasonable working hours, and safer working conditions. The idea for a "labor day" began as a type of demonstration or protest. Several cities claim to have hosted the first Labor Day celebration, but the most well-documented early Labor Day event was organized by Peter J. McGuire, a carpenter and labor union leader who co-founded the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. McGuire was inspired after seeing a labor festival in Canada and suggested a day to honor those "who from rude nature have delved and carved all the grandeur we behold." First Celebrations: The first Labor Day parade was held in New York City on September 5, 1882. It was organized by the Central Labor Union, and thousands of workers marched from City Hall to Union Square. Initially, the idea of a "workingmen's holiday," celebrated with a parade, speeches, and festivities, was not immediately accepted and was even met with skepticism or outright resistance in some quarters. However, the idea gained popularity, and other states began holding their own Labor Day celebrations. Federal Recognition: As the labor movement grew, so did the public's willingness to recognize Labor Day as an official holiday. In 1894, Congress passed legislation making Labor Day a national holiday, and President Grover Cleveland signed it into law, amid a period of labor unrest and strikes. Modern Celebration: Today, Labor Day is often seen as a day of rest and leisure, a last chance to enjoy summer activities before the onset of autumn. Many people celebrate Labor Day with outdoor events, family gatherings, and sporting activities. Retailers often hold special Labor Day weekend sales, and it's considered the unofficial end to wearing white in fashion circles. While the holiday's roots in labor activism are not as prominent in most modern celebrations, it remains a day to honor the hard work, innovation, and various contributions that American workers have made to the country. Labor unions and other worker advocacy groups sometimes use the holiday to host events, distribute educational material, and advocate for workers' rights. Introduction Good morning, dear congregation. On this special day, as we gather to celebra

Immigration and U.S. Borders: An Overview of Trump’s 2024 Vision https://sanfranciscopost.com/immigrat... San Francisco Post Staff September 19, 2024 Lifestyle Immigration and U.S. Borders An Overview of Trump's 2024 Vision Photo: Unsplash.com Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign places a strong emphasis on immigration reform and border security. These issues, which were central to his initial political rise, remain key components of his current platform. Trump’s proposals focus on enhancing border security, resuming border wall construction, reforming asylum policies, and addressing the activities of drug cartels. Border Wall Construction One of Trump’s primary objectives is to resume and complete the construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall. He argues that this measure is essential for reducing illegal immigration and preventing the trafficking of drugs and people into the United States. During his first term, his administration worked on building or reinforcing 450 miles of the border wall, though much of this involved upgrading existing structures. Trump’s 2024 plan seeks to finish the construction, citing it as a key national security priority. Proponents of the border wall believe that it helps deter illegal crossings and provides U.S. Border Patrol agents with better tools to manage vulnerable areas along the border. From their perspective, a secure border strengthens national sovereignty and law enforcement. Immigration Law Enforcement Immigration and U.S. Borders An Overview of Trump's 2024 Vision (2) Photo Courtesy: Meridian Beverly Hills Investment and Legal Group Trump’s platform also includes strict enforcement of immigration laws, with a focus on deporting undocumented individuals. His 2024 campaign emphasizes the importance of maintaining law and order, and he proposes measures to remove those who have overstayed their visas or entered the country illegally. Supporters of this approach believe that strict enforcement will help reduce crime, protect American jobs, and deter future illegal immigration. Asylum Law Reform Another area of Trump’s immigration vision involves reforming asylum laws. His proposal seeks to tighten asylum criteria, arguing that the current system is overburdened and subject to abuse. Trump’s plan advocates for faster processing of asylum claims and stricter requirements for individuals seeking asylum in the U.S. He suggests policies such as requiring asylum seekers to apply for protection in the first country they enter, k

Today, I am proud to share not just my own campaign agenda, but to stand alongside and support the agenda of our great 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump. As we look to the future, we need strong leadership that puts America first—leadership that President Trump has exemplified. He has been a tireless advocate for rebuilding our economy, securing our borders, and protecting our freedoms. It is because of this strong, unwavering leadership that I stand with President Trump, and I am asking you to join me in supporting his vision for America. Our country has faced many challenges in recent years, from economic struggles to threats against our national security. Under President Trump, we saw historic job creation, tax cuts that put money back in the pockets of hardworking Americans, and bold steps to secure our borders and protect our nation. As your U.S. Senator, I will continue to fight for these same principles, ensuring that California plays a critical role in making America great again. Together, with President Trump leading our nation, we will work to restore law and order, fight against the radical left's agenda, and preserve the values that made this country the land of opportunity. I fully support President Trump's plan to strengthen our economy by promoting American businesses and reducing burdensome regulations. In my campaign, I will focus on creating jobs, lowering taxes, and ensuring that small businesses—the backbone of our economy—can thrive. As a businesswoman myself, I understand the challenges entrepreneurs face, and I am committed to making California a business-friendly state again. Another key issue President Trump has championed is securing our borders. A strong, secure border is not only critical for protecting our nation, but also for safeguarding the jobs and wages of American workers. Dr. Sarah Sun Liew's Support for Donald Trump’s 47th Agenda and the Path to Economic Recovery" EP 3 https://youtu.be/Nnf0dNGpqNk?si=bJi9tCugNQfuo8m5 https://lawire.com/unleashing-america... In a time of unprecedented economic challenges, the United States is in dire need of leadership that can tackle inflation, reduce the skyrocketing cost of living, and reinvigorate the economy. Donald Trump’s first ten-point agenda lays out a bold and comprehensive plan to restore American prosperity. The agenda focuses on unleashing American energy, restoring fiscal responsibility, cutting regulations, and putting America back on the path to growth. These ten points target the core issues facing American families today and offer solutions that will benefit both individuals and businesses. With this plan, Trump aims to revive the economy, secure jobs, and aim that the American Dream remains attainable for all. Unleashing American Energy One of the primary drivers of inflation in recent years has been rising energy costs. Gas prices, electricity bills, and transportation costs have all surged, affecting every aspect of American life, from grocery prices to housing costs. Donald Trump’s commitment to making the United States the world’s peak energy producer again is a critical component of his economic recovery plan. During Trump’s first term in office, the U.S. became the number one producer of oil and natural gas, achieving energy independence for the first time in decades. His administration lifted restrictions on domestic energy production, expanded oil drilling, and invested in natural gas extraction. The result was lower energy costs for American consumers, greater job creation in the energy sector, and a more stable national economy. By reversing the current administration’s restrictive energy policies, Trump plans to revive American energy production, aiming for reliable and affordable energy for homes, businesses, and industries. This not only lowers inflation but also secures high-paying jobs in the energy sector. Trump’s vision includes expanding energy production across the board, from oil and gas to nuclear power, making energy both abundant and affordable. Restoring Fiscal Sanity The national debt has ballooned, and inflation has become a tax on every American family. A significant portion of the current economic instability stems from unchecked

President Trump has also been a defender of our freedoms—our freedom of speech, our Second Amendment rights, and our religious liberties. I stand with him in protecting these foundational rights, and I will always fight for policies that uphold our Constitution and preserve the American way of life. This election is about more than just politics—it’s about the future of our great nation. With President Trump back in the White House, we have the opportunity to bring back the strong leadership that our country needs. I believe that together, we can continue the progress that President Trump has made, and I am asking all of you to join me in supporting his candidacy

"Dr. Sarah Liew for U.S. Senator Show ep2 : Supporting Donald Trump’s 47th Agenda focused focused 22 through 33 Good Morning ! My name is Dr. Sarah Sun Liew, and I am running for U.S. Senate here in California. As your senator, I will support President Trump’s efforts to build a strong, secure border and enforce immigration laws that protect our citizens while ensuring that legal immigration continues to strengthen our nation. DATE: 8/25/2024 Sermon Title: Leading with Vision and Innovation: The Path to Godly Leadership Slide 1: Introduction Beloved brothers and sisters, today we gather to explore the essential qualities of leadership that align with God's will. Whether in politics, business, or our personal lives, leadership grounded in vision and innovation is vital. The Bible offers us profound insights into how we can lead effectively and faithfully, making a positive impact in our world. Slide 2: The Importance of Vision in Leadership The Bible teaches us the power of vision. Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Vision is not just a strategy; it is the divine purpose that guides us. Leaders like Moses, who led Israel out of Egypt, were driven by a vision from God. Without a clear vision, we risk losing direction and purpose, both in our personal lives and in leadership roles. Slide 3: The Role of Godly Leadership in Society Political and business leaders hold great responsibility. King David’s leadership united Israel and established a kingdom based on God's law. Similarly, leaders today must seek God’s guidance to create policies and decisions that reflect justice, mercy, and humility. Our leadership should be a reflection of God’s love and righteousness. Slide 4: The Power of Innovation in Leadership Innovation is a crucial aspect of leadership. In Exodus 31:3-5, God filled Bezalel with His Spirit, giving him wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and all kinds of skills to innovate in crafting the Tabernacle. Likewise, in our leadership, whether in business or governance, we are called to seek creative solutions to the challenges we face. Innovation guided by the Holy Spirit can transform societies and industries. Slide 5: Ethical Leadership According to Scripture Integrity is non-negotiable in leadership. Samuel, in 1 Samuel 12:3, stood before Israel and declared that he had not defrauded or oppressed anyone. His leadership was marked by honesty and righteousness. Today, leaders must uphold these values, ensuring that their actions and decisions are just and transparent. Slide 6: The Example of Joseph’s Policy Leadership Joseph’s story in Genesis 41 exemplifies the importance of strategic leadership. His wise planning during the seven years of plenty saved Egypt and many other nations during the seven years of famine. Leaders today can learn from Joseph’s foresight and wisdom, using their positions to prepare and protect their people from future challenges. Slide 7: The Necessity of Resilience in Leadership Leadership is not without its challenges. Nehemiah faced opposition when rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls, but he remained resilient and focused on God’s calling. In the same way, leaders must be resilient, trusting God’s provision and strength to overcome ob

8/18/2024 Sermon 1 Title: "Foundation of the Global Jesus Mission" Chapter 1: Introduction Introduction: Good morning, church. Today, we stand at the threshold of an exciting and transformative journey that seeks to merge two powerful realms: the teachings of Jesus Christ and the dynamic world of business. This sermon, titled "Foundation of the Global Jesus Mission," aims to lay the groundwork for understanding how faith and commerce can unite to create a profound impact on our world. The Global Jesus Mission is not just a concept; it is a call to action for every one of us to embrace a higher purpose in our professional lives. It challenges us to see business not just as a means of generating profit but as a mission field where the values of the Kingdom of God can flourish. Quote: “Business, in essence, is more than transactions; it's a mission to serve, impact, and transform.” – Anonymous I. The Global Jesus Mission - A Paradigm Shift Aligning Faith and Business: The Global Jesus Mission invites business professionals to embark on a transformative journey where faith and business are not seen as separate realms but as intertwined forces for good. In today’s competitive commercial landscape, this alignment isn’t just an aspiration; it’s a fundamental shift in how we perceive and practice business. Understanding the Convergence: Philosophical Underpinnings: The teachings of Jesus are rooted in love, service, integrity, and community. Similarly, sustainable businesses are built on trust, authenticity, service excellence, and community engagement. The alignment of faith and business is not only natural but intuitive, as both share common foundational values. Profit with Purpose: The Global Jesus Mission challenges the traditional notion that businesses exist solely for profit. Instead, it promotes a model where profit is paired with purpose, encouraging businesses to seek meaningful impact aligned with the teachings of Jesus. II. The Purpose and Scope of the Global Jesus Mission Empowerment through Commerce: The melding of business and faith is not just an ideological concept; it’s a realization of how commerce can become a conduit for God’s work on Earth. The Global Jesus Mission believes that the marketplace, often seen as a competitive battleground, can be transformed into an arena of empowerment, service, and Kingdom-building. Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurship: The mission redefines entrepreneurial success, shifting the focus from merely building profitable ventures to creating enterprises that serve a higher purpose. Every product, service, or innovation is viewed as an opportunity to manifest God’s love and grace in the world. Promotion of Kingdom Values: The Global Jesu

Date : 8/06/23 Abraham's Legacy: Visionary Leadership for Long-Term Success Bible: Genesis 22:1-2 (NIV) sets the stage for this critical event: "Sometime later, God tested Abraham. He said to him, 'Abraham!' 'Here I am,' he replied. Then God said, 'Take your son, your only son, whom you love—Isaac—and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on a mountain I will show you.'" The story of Abraham is found in the book of Genesis in the Bible. Abraham, originally known as Abram, was a man of great faith who lived around 2000 BCE. His story is a profound example of visionary leadership and long-term success, as he played a crucial role in God's plan to bless all nations through his descendants. The Call of Vision: Abraham's journey began when God called him to leave his homeland of Ur and go to a land that He would show him. God promised to make Abraham a great nation and bless him abundantly. In response to this divine call, Abraham demonstrated remarkable faith and obedience, leaving everything behind and embarking on a journey to an unknown destination. Nurturing Patience and Resilience: As Abraham journeyed through unfamiliar territories, he faced numerous challenges and trials. He encountered famine, conflicts, and uncertainties along the way. Despite these hardships, Abraham remained patient and resilient, trusting in God's promises and provision. He learned to wait upon the Lord, knowing that God's timing is perfect. Building the Foundation for Legacy: Throughout his life, Abraham built strong relationships and forged alliances with various people and leaders. He established a covenant with God, a binding agreement that solidified his legacy. God promised Abraham that he would be the father of many nations, and his descendants would be as numerous as the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Embracing Ethical Leadership: Abraham's leadership was marked by ethical decision-making and moral integrity. When faced with conflicts, he chose to pursue peace and understanding. For instance, when there was strife between his herdsmen and those of his nephew Lot, Abraham chose to part ways amicably to maintain peace. Balancing Vision and Flexibility: As Abraham's journey progressed, he encountered unexpected challenges and detours. For instance, when he and his wife Sarah were unable to conceive a child, they took matters into their own hands, leading to complications. However, God remained faithful to His promise, and in their old age, Sarah miraculously gave birth to their son Isaac. Abraham's Legacy: Abraham's unwavering faith and visionary leadership were recognized and celebrated throughout the Bible. He became known as the "Father of Faith," a model of trust and belief in God's promises. Through Isaac and his descendants, including the nation of Israel, Abraham's legacy lived

Title: The Pen and the Sword: Leadership, Strategy, and Mindset in the Kingdom of God Scripture Reading: Proverbs 16:9, Proverbs 4:23, Romans 12:2, Hebrews 11 Opening Prayer: "Gracious God, open our hearts and minds to Your truth. As we consider Your Word today, may we glean insights about leadership, strategy, and mindset. Guide our thinking and our actions, so we may lead as you lead, plan as you plan, and think as you think. In Jesus' name, Amen." Sermon: When we look through the annals of history, we see great leaders who were also remarkable writers. William Shakespeare shaped the English language, and Winston Churchill, with his eloquent speeches, steered a nation through war. There's a common thread between them: strategic thinking, leadership, and a unique mindset. God's Word provides us with the tools for effective leadership and strategic planning. Consider Proverbs 16:9, "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." God recognizes our need to strategize, but He reminds us that ultimate success comes from aligning our plans with His will. William Wilberforce, a devout Christian, used his writing and leadership skills to campaign against the slave trade in Britain, driven by his faith and God-ordained strategy. Despite facing significant opposition, he didn't give up. He continued to strategize, plan, and act according to his Godly mindset and, eventually, saw the fruits of his labors. Our mindset, a crucial aspect of leadership, is addressed in Proverbs 4:23, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." The mindset we cultivate influences our leadership style and strategic thinking. Abraham Lincoln, known for his wisdom, had a mindset grounded in humility and resilience. He led America through its Civil War, using his writings to articulate the importance of unity and freedom. In Romans 12:2, we read, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Lincoln's leadership echoed this verse. He didn't conform to societal pressures but let his mind be transformed by the ideals of freedom and equality, aligning with God's will. The Bible provides us with an excellent example of leadership, strategy, and mindset in the person of Nehemiah. He led the rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls with strategic planning, prayer, and a mindset focused on God's power and promise. Nehemiah was a strategic thinker, a visionary leader, and a devout follower of God. He's an exemplar of how God can use leaders when they align their strategy and mindset with His will. Reflecting on Hebrews 11, known as the 'Hall of Faith,' we find examples of ordinary men and women who became extraordinary leaders due to their God-inspired mindset. They strategically planned, led p

In the Bible, there are several passages that mention Moses and highlight his leadership elements. Here are a few key aspects of Moses' leadership, along with corresponding Bible verses: Humility and Servant Leadership: Moses was known for his humility and his willingness to serve others, putting their needs before his own. "And Moses was very humble, more than any man who was on the face of the earth." (Numbers 12:3) Courage and Boldness: Moses demonstrated courage and boldness in leading the Israelites out of Egypt and confronting Pharaoh. "The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed." (Deuteronomy 31:8) Faith and Trust in God: Moses relied on his faith in God, trusting in His guidance and provision throughout their journey. "Moses said to the people, 'Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever.'" (Exodus 14:13) Patience and Perseverance: Despite facing numerous challenges and setbacks, Moses displayed patience and perseverance in leading the Israelites through the wilderness. "But Moses said to the people, 'Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today.'" (Exodus 14:13) Communication and Clear Direction: Moses effectively communicated God's commands and provided clear direction to the people, guiding them towards their destination. "So Moses went down from the mountain to the people and consecrated the people, and they washed their garments. And he said to the people, 'Be ready for the third day; do not go near a woman.'" (Exodus 19:14-15) These are just a few examples of the leadership elements demonstrated by Moses in the Bible. Moses' leadership serves as an inspiration for leaders today, showcasing qualities such as humility, courage, faith, patience, and effective communication. Moses' life story, as depicted in the Bible, is quite extensive and spans several books, primarily Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. Here's a brief summary of his life based on the biblical accounts: Birth and Early Years: Moses was born in Egypt during a time when the Israelites were enslaved by Pharaoh. To save him from Pharaoh's decree to kill all Hebrew baby boys, Moses' mother placed him in a basket and set him adrift on the Nile River. He was found and adopted by Pharaoh's daughter, who raised him as her own. Call to Leadership: As Moses grew up, he became aware of his Hebrew heritage. One day, he witnessed an Egyptian taskmaster mistreating a Hebrew slave, which led Moses to kill the Egyptian. Fearing punishment, he fled to Midian, where he encountered God at the burning bush. Deliverance of the Israelites: God called Moses to return

Title: Political leadership should be in Faith Introduction: Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, distinguished guests, and fellow believers, today I stand before you to reflect upon the profound intersection of faith and leadership in the political realm. As Christians, we are called to embody the teachings of the Bible in every aspect of our lives, including our roles as political leaders. Today, we shall explore the guiding principles found within the Scriptures that can help shape our political actions and decisions. Let us begin this sermon by delving into the wisdom of God's Word. I. Servant Leadership: Matthew 20:26-28 "He said to them, 'You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.'" As political leaders, we must remember that our purpose is not to wield power for personal gain or control, but rather to serve those whom we represent. The example set by Jesus, who humbly served others, should inspire us to adopt a servant leadership mindset. By selflessly working for the betterment of our communities and nations, we reflect God's love and bring about positive change. II. Wisdom and Discernment: James 1:5 "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." Leadership requires sound judgment and discernment. In the midst of complex political decisions, we can turn to God for wisdom. By seeking His guidance, we acknowledge our dependence on Him and demonstrate our commitment to making choices that align with His divine will. Let us remember to pray earnestly for wisdom, seeking His counsel as we navigate the challenges and opportunities of political leadership. III. Justice and Compassion: Micah 6:8 "He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." God's heart beats for justice and compassion. As political leaders, we have the responsibility to uphold these values in our decision-making processes. We must strive to create societies where all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstance, are treated with fairness and dignity. Let us remember that we are called to love mercy and walk humbly, acknowledging our own imperfections as we work towards a more just and compassionate world. IV. Integrity and Truth: Proverbs 11:3 "The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity." In the realm of politics, integrity and truth often face formidable challenges. However, as followers of Christ, we must remain stea

Date: 7/02/2023 1.Title: True Freedom in Christ Scripture: Galatians 5:1 (NIV) - "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." Introduction: Good morning/afternoon/evening, brothers and sisters! Today, as we gather to celebrate Independence Day, we are reminded of the great privilege and responsibility we have as citizens of our nation. It is a day when we reflect on the freedom we enjoy and give thanks for the sacrifices of those who have gone before us. But as Christians, we also need to remember that true freedom comes from our relationship with Jesus Christ. Today, let us explore what it means to find true freedom in Christ, as we delve into the Word of God. I. Created for Freedom Scripture: Galatians 5:1 (NIV) - "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." Explanation: In this verse, the apostle Paul reminds us that Christ has set us free. We were created to experience freedom, not just in the political or societal sense, but also in a spiritual sense. Sin enslaves us, but through Jesus, we are liberated from its power and consequences. Our freedom in Christ is a gift, one that we should cherish and never take for granted. II. The Cost of Freedom Scripture: John 8:36 (NIV) - "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." Explanation: True freedom is not cheap. It came at a great cost— the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Just as our nation's freedom was won through the sacrifices of those who fought for it, our spiritual freedom was won through the sacrifice of Jesus. He willingly laid down His life so that we could be set free from sin, guilt, and eternal separation from God. Let us never forget the price that was paid for our freedom. III. Freedom and Responsibility Scripture: 1 Peter 2:16 (NIV) - "Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God's slaves." Explanation: While we have been granted freedom in Christ, it does not give us license to do as we please. As citizens of our nation, we have rights, but we also have responsibilities. Similarly, as Christians, our freedom is not an excuse to indulge in sinful desires. Instead, our freedom calls us to live in obedience to God's Word, to serve others, and to be agents of love and justice in our world. We are called to use our freedom responsibly and for the glory of God. IV. The Ultimate Independence Scripture: Galatians 5:13 (NIV) - "You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love." Explanation: As we celebrate our nation's independence, let us remember that our ultimate independence is found in our relationship with God through Jesus Chr

Couples understand each other. We need to understand each other. With all humility and meekness, with patience, bearing with one another in love (Ephesians 4:2) But let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let her wife revere her husband (Ephesians 5:33). 3. Become each other's strength Two are better than one, because they will have a good reward for their hard work. If they fall, one will pick up his friend and raise him up. However, how warm is one person? One person will be defeated, but two people can withstand it. A three-ply cord is not easily broken (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12) He who finds a wife finds her good, and finds favor with the LORD (Proverbs 18:22). 4. Couples are beings based on faith. put down doubts How can two walk together unless they agree? (Amos 3:3) Mercy and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other (Psalm 85:10) Little children, let us not love with word or tongue, but with deed and truth (1 John 3:18) Finally, let all of you be like-minded, compassionate, brotherly loving, compassionate, humble (1 Peter 3:8) 5. Relying on God and avoiding temptation Marriage is to be honored by all, and the bed undefiled; fornicators and adulterers God will judge (Hebrews 13:4) The Lord has spoken. “He who drinks the water I give will never thirst, and the water I give will become in him a spring of water springing up to eternal life” (John 4:14). Date: 7/17/2022 Title: What I would like to say to young people? Ecclesiastes 11:9-10 — “Young people, enjoy your youth. Be happy while you are still young. Do what you want to do, and follow your heart's desire. But remember that God is going to judge you for whatever you do. First, we must work hard because, as the Bible says, our dreams cannot come true if we do not live hard. Second, take the challenge If you don't have a challenge in your youth, you can't achieve it Thirdly, you should not stop when you fail. Fourth, you should never think that you are the master of your life. God is the master of your life. Fifth, become a young man who cleaned up the country. I want to tell you all to become politicians. Sixth, I would like to ask you to find a good mate( spouse ). The last seventh is always dreamed and do your best to make that dream come true. Today's bible Timothy 4:12 — “Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” Jeremiah 1:4-9 — “The word of the LORD came to me, saying, ‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.’ ‘Ah, Sovereign LORD,’ I said, ‘I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.’ But the LORD said to me, ‘Do not say, 'I am only a child.' You must go to everyone I send you and say whatever I command. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,’ declares the LORD. Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, ‘Now, I have put my words in your mouth.’” Samuel 17:42 — “And when the Philistine looked and saw David, he disdained him, for he was but a youth, ruddy and handsome in appearance.” Luke 1:26-33 — “In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David. Proverbs 1:8-9 — “Hear, my son, your father’s instruction, and forsake not your mother’s teaching, for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.” Peter 5:5-9 — “Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Ephesians 6:1-3 — “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother — which is the first commandment with a promise — that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” Ecclesiastes 11:9-10 — “Young people, enjoy your youth. Be happy while you are still young. Do what you want to do, and follow your heart's desire. But remember that God is going to judge you for whatever you do. Don't le
