On the afternoon of June 7, 2016, Sukhvir was sitting in his Range Rover in the Yonge and Eglinton area, when two men wearing construction vests ambushed his vehicle with gunfire and he died at the scene. His homicide remains an active investigation and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

The evening quickly turned to tragedy as gunshots rang out in a corridor of the club and Maysam was shot and killed. His homicide remains an active investigation and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Atiq’s homicide remains an active investigation and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

On June 24th 1994 at South boulevard near Chaplin Crescent, 80 years old Margaret was taking an afternoon nap, when someone broke into her house, ransacked her home, attacked her, sexually assaulted her and killed her. Neighbours reported seeing two strangers knocking on peoples door earlier that day. Her death struck chords with everyone as the level of violence is uncanny.

On august 27, 1997, 21 years old Margaret left her apartment in the evening to go for a run around the park of Warden subway station. The following day, Margaret didn't show up to work. After a large scale search conducted by the police, Margaret's body was discovered in the woods along the trail. Traces of violent trauma were reported.

Two young suspects were caught by a security camera walking towards the neighborhood and fleeing the scene shortly after the incident.

Military Veteran Wellness Program Coordinator Aaron Dale and Police Constable Jeremy Burns, military veterans now serving with Toronto Police Service, address the real emotional battle that follows after leaving the armed forces. After their homecoming, they were faced with difficulty readjusting to civilian life while dealing with PTSD and survivor's guilt. Tormented with the societal standard that one must shoulder their own burden, they found healing through professional help which led them to create the Veteran Wellness Program. The program offers information, resources, and treatment options to help returning veterans stay emotionally and physically healthy.
