With some stolen clothes and determination of leaving her old lifestyle,  she decided to go and get a job for the first time. Not too long after, she found herself in a hiring-firing cycle.

With determination and a past she was trying to escape, she decides to go all in on a job. Not long after, she thought she was getting fired once more, but it turned out they were promoting her.

She now oversees 2,000 employees and 41 multi-million dollar stores. Talk about change and impact!

After that incredible comeback, a fire lit inside her. Now, she wants to help others get the promotions they have been dreaming of.
