“How Can I Pay Someone Just $5 Per Hour!?” We would ask ourselves with a hint of guilt.

But did you know that in Venezuela -which is where we are from- minimum wage is $6.70 per month?

Not to mention the annual inflation of almost 2-million percent. And yes, you read that right…

2-million percent.

What about the other side of the world? In the Philippines, the daily minimum wage is between $5 and $12.

So why am I sharing this?

Simple, we used to feel guilty when looking to hire VAs. We thought, maybe, we weren’t paying them enough.

But after changing perspective, we realized that we are actually helping them by paying them substantially more than what they would earn in their own countries.

And guess what, those are not all the upsides of hiring VAs.

That’s why Nathan Hirsch, Co-Founder of Outsource School, shared with us how he managed to build multiple 8-figure companies with nothing but help from VAs.

In today’s episode, he shared with us how to ethically hire, train, and grow your business with the help of VAs.

We often say, “Marketing Is A Leverage Game”. Well, this is leverage at a whole different level. You are leveraging the world’s economy by offering better opportunities to workers around the world while building an impact-driven business.

In this episode we talked about:

🔥Why You Shouldn’t Focus On Hiring At The Right Time.

🔥First Tasks You Should Handoff To Your VAs

🔥The #1 Enemy Of Small Businesses.

🔥Much More!...
