A lot of people would think that syndicating small project deals is not worthwhile, but Christ Shepard thinks otherwise. He knows there’s tons of upside on those small deals. For them, the added revenue from property management made a difference. 

Chris believes that property management gives you a steady flow of income every month. It may have taken them about four to five years to build up their property management company and it has been extremely challenging for them, but they were able to integrate all their services together and create added value for every deal. And the results have been great!
