It's Black History Month, so I decided to educate everyone on the cost of being Black in America.  Being your resident money girl, I would be doing a disservice if I didn't take this opportunity to use my platform to give insight to a topic that needs the attention of everyone if it's ever going to change.

The purpose of this conversation is not to make my non-black listeners feel guilty, but to educate everyone on the discriminatory practices my community has endured and still faces in today's employment market. 

Today I’m giving ya'll a super-focused discussion on the systematic employment discrimination practices that black workers are experiencing.
