May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, and ya'll know I love to put together a series so I decided to educate ya'll on the effects of money strain and stress on your mental health this month on my podcast.   

My goal for my podcast has always been to remove the taboo stereotypes that revolve around talking about money because we all know that money and finances aren’t the easiest topics to discuss openly. 

Here on The Mindfully Rich Podcast, I'm here to build your familiarity with various financial topics and influence a better relationship between you, your money, and your overall finances, and that’s why I'm talking about mental health and its relation to finances. 
 
I'm handling this topic delicately to ensure I inform you about the severity of mental health effects on our finances and how it can also make life situations more difficult to make logical decisions and control stress, especially with our money.   

Because there’s a lot to cover on this topic, I’m doing a three-part series that covers:
