In this episode we go more in dept into self-confidence, self-esteem, and the need for it, and to fight discouraging beliefs.   We also talk about the lessons I’ve learned and the tools I’ve found to help myself when facing challenges.  We reflect on past experiences that have allowed me to face current challenges and the strengths I’ve came to believe are the framework for over coming adversity and fighting our discouraging beliefs.  We are our biggest critic, and need the have positive encouraging beliefs in our mindset.  And that comes with practice, and repetition forming healthy habits.
