Watch this episode on YouTube! https://youtu.be/XQo6_RICA_o In this episode of The Journal, I share why I left social media for 2+ months, how the journey of content catchup is helping me become a better video creator, and using the "wobble" I felt from social justice warriors with limited perspective to further my awakening on a spiritual level. I talk about rethinking who my friends are based on how they approached 2020, taking complete accountability responsibility for all at the highest of levels, the realization that it's all happening "for me" β to help me awaken at a soul level, and the subtle ways ego can manifest in myself. I share the new 2 stage process I've used to effectively edit my weekly vlogs in higher quality, and how incredible it feels to be levelling up the quality of my vlogs, my master plan for growth on my podcast and vlogs. After listening to myself talk for months on end, I share an honest evaluation of my communication style, the simple hack I'm using to stop swearing so much, and my ideal camera set up (which may or may not include a full frame camera, plus a point and shoot). I also discuss lockdown, my challenge with people not looking at the data, my guilty pleasure on YouTube and my new enjoyment of rap (???). Azel/Giuseppe Cuna is a world class beatboxer and social media influencer. Azel is known for being the Italian beatbox champion, along with his iconic signature sounds of Liquid Bass and Vortex Whistle and for his passionate love of riddim, dubstep and similar genres of bass music. He's created multiple viral beatbox covers of songs for Svdden Death, and connected the worlds of dubstep and beatbox in 2020 by creating the first half beatbox, half dubstep song with Snails. In addition, he's also one of the most genuine, kind and passionate souls I've ever met and I'm fortunate to call him one of my best friends. Like the visual of experience of video? Check of the podcast version below: https://youtu.be/-d0oDSpo5eg In the Azel interview, we get into his secret passions, what it's like to be such a public facing person at a young age, and what Azel was like as a kid β and how his childhood qualities apply to his present self. We cover the journey of how he came a world class beatboxer β from how he discovered beatbox, to the most intense year of work he put in, to becoming the Italian beatbox champion at the ripe age of 17 years old. Throughout, we highlight the journey he's had with developing his signature sounds β the famous Azel liquid bass & vortex whistle β as well as struggles he had in the early days of beatboxing, and why he continued to persevere even though he wasn't good at the beginning. We discuss the moment he realized he needed to do beatbox, why he turned beatboxing into a serious thing, how he discovered dubstep through beatboxing, and where he got his name from. Digging deeper, his mindset is explored as we unwrap how he thinks about challenges, accepting failure to use it for growth, "randomness", the positives and negatives of his obsessive nature, and the powerful self belief he has for himself. We also talk about hitting 1 million views at 17 years old, connecting the EDM world with beatbox world, his journey with learning to view himself as an artist. And last but not least, we have multiple laugh attacks (including from Azel's loathing of Facebook) and nerd out on our favourite tracks from 2010 era of dubstep. Expect Azel/Giuseppe to return in the near future for multiple follow up episodes where we'll go deeper into the psychology of success, our perspectives on the world, our systematic approaches β and a lot more. Welcome to another episode of the Journal. In this episode, I talk about: balancing multiple projects at once, prioritization, summer: the great exposer of commitment, the ideal internal states for high output, feedback loops for speed learning, moustaches, why I'm making gains on finger muscles, the best solution for every "problem", sexual energy, avoiding copyright, self respect, the doubt that I frequently experience around the content I make, a pattern of insecurity around knowing enough, making money on the internet, my first freelance video editing job, the one thing that will get me out of my situation and into what I want, what was wrong in my notion team setup and what I'm doing instead and why I'm not giving any time or attention to girls right now. I hope this was entertaining and educational, I'm really hoping these are coming out well. If you found this valuable, please like the video and subscribe to not miss any more videos on this self improvement channel :) Question of the day: what are your top 3 priorities right now? The Journal is a series to document lessons I'm learning through my recent experiences in my self improvement journey. In this episode of The Journal, I'll be covering speaking my truth, setting myself free by posting what I feel is holding me back, how I'm planning on indirectly monetizing, bringing my audience so much value for free that they never have to buy a thing, how the varied parts of my funnel are all aligned, my first thoughts on wordpress and elementor, breaking perfection, 4 strategies for how to type faster, heavy metal poisoning, breaking perfection, quality in, quality out (repeat), why life isn't that short, my secret to finding doubles, placing myself in situations to experience "rejection", getting exposure to no's, embracing being misunderstood by the world, black lives matter, my struggles with using my own words for BLM, the 3 things that the world needs in order to transcend racism, where white privilege goes too far and a lot more. I know I rambled a fair amount in this, but I'm still learning this format. Hope it came out well. Much love all. [Episode 2 of the Journal, recorded on June 14th, 2020] P.S. When I mention Black Lives Matter in this episode, I'm talking about the movement. I support the movement behind equality, but not the organization.

Welcome to The Journal. This is the first episode of a new series where I talk about recent experiences and shed light on what you can learn from my journey. The Journal is a new series that will be replacing what was formerly known as Reflections - a series that lasted a wicked 81 episodes. But it's time was coming and I decided it was time to air a new series that is similar in many ways, and also very different. You'll notice there's no more dividers of the classic reflections based questions. I'll just be flowing through all the topics I have that I want to talk about on the agenda - while still sharing what's working, what's not, what I'm learning, and how I'm growing. It's a lot more natural and fun for you and I - just like a conversation should be. Because it's topic based, you'll find timestamps available to you to easily navigate the general topics you're looking for. As time goes on, this series will morph and change as I see fit - but you best believe it'll be spent by talking to you beautiful people in new ways but always with the core principles - staying vulnerable, sharing my truths and lessons, and making our time spent together useful. In this episode, we'll be discussing a whole host of topics including accountability, natural flow, reducing my fear of of SEO, creating a community of giving without expectation, natural evolution, my first week studying with Dr. Sue Morter, clearing debts, why you're not motivated and what you can do to fix it fast (hint: it's related to your goals or lack thereof), the trap of being attached to things going the way you "think" they should go, why the more I look at society the less I want to participate (and what the my alternative is), shooting my shot, what it was like to edit the Azel and Snails collab, why I'll be famous if I decide it's ideal for me, my first thoughts on Black Lives Matter, the first plan for my upcoming music spotify playlist, looking deeper, shooting for the moon, doing what I've been putting off, why I stopped Reflections and more. Please be patient with me as I figure out the new format - it takes me a few episodes to get the hang of it. If you found value in this, please like, comment and subscribe to support the channel and let the algorithm know to share it with other people too. Without further ado, here's the pilot in the new solo podcast series. :)

And that's a wrap. If you ever watched this series for even a couple of minutes - thank you. It's been a special series near and dear to me, but it was time to evolve this into something else. You'll see what it becomes soon. In the mean time, in this episode I have no idea it's going to be the last episode of Reflections so it's business as usual. I talk about tapping into energy fields of parallel universes to create master plans, prioritizing correctly during your magic time, being too hard on myself, questioning everything in my life (including this series), imposter syndrome, why I considered discontinuing meaningful content, why I left apple music for spotify (and why I'm obsessed with spotify), why asking for help is hard but important, going low key insane from my environment, why I'm motivated to stop eating garbage food, the one thing I'm missing the most right now (momentum), why people look backwards, overcoming copyright challenges in music content, checking the box for others' approval vs. going all in for me, struggling with compassion for the world, my obsession with stroke icons, making Notion icons simple, broke vs. poor, approval vs. no disapproval and mixing house. I was having a challenging time with this episode but shortly after a lot changed. I was right, momentum is just what I needed. Taking the next step even when it's uncomfortable is truly a magic ingredient. Love you all. Be well. Music: Veepot & Brainrack - Eliminate https://soundcloud.com/hybridtrapmusic/eliminate

In the 2nd last episode of Reflections, I talk about a lot - and it ended up being one of the best Reflections I've ever recorded. I loved how this came out and hope you get a ton of gold from this! Reflections is a series where I reflect on the last couple of weeks and extract as many lessons, perspectives, tactics and share them with you. In this episode, I talk about a ton of topics including how I track ideas, why I track ideas, being compassionate in the face of darkness, my definition of a real friend, why being triggered is a good thing, why you should focus on mastering the basics if you want mastery, one of the biggest problems with the world, Sean Combs' amazing meditation on audible, why the principle of kaizen allows you to make incredible long term progress on a goal with only 15 to 30 minutes of action per day, overthinking entrepreneurship, doubt in my abilities, my monetization plan, using momentum to feel like myself, using music to let a vlog edit itself and why I started to retrain myself to type with all 10 fingers. Reflections is a series where I share the experiences I'm going through, the lessons I'm learning, the challenges I'm experiencing, and the experiments I'm conducting - so you can learn from my journey and experiment with it in your own. In this episode, I'll be talking about the importance of staying unfiltered and staying real to your truths, the blessing of being triggered, using quarantine to what I've put off in the past, closing open loops to feel amazing, finally learning to mix, the benefits of having direct mentorship (ty Bry/Tony ily guys), my obsession with mixing, validating content theses, muting everyone on instagram, why I deep cleaned my room, how I made cleaning more exciting, my dislike of offending people, what I'm procrastination on the most, my ideal work to socializing ratio, the 2 options for growth when someone doesn't like your work & last but not least... turning 24 years old (one step closer to yoda, let's go). Much love people :) Music: Veepot & Brainrack - Eliminate https://soundcloud.com/hybridtrapmusic/eliminate

In this episode of reflections, I talk about how I unlocked more creative freedom, the opportunity that optimistic content creators have right now (with the increased demand for positivity content during dark times), the type of people that I require in my "5 best friends" (aka who I associate with most), working over "chilling", why I'm disappointed and discouraged at how most people are spending their quarantine, building systems in Notion by being a vessel for source, what Notion tutorials need more and less of, why I'm motivated to clean all areas of my life right now, how I got a replacement iPhone for free, and my overarching focus on simplicity and essentialism in every area of my life. If you actually listen/watch this, I appreciate you. :) Message me on twitter @joshmoxey if you had any big lessons from this. Subscribe to the podcast if you feel inspired to. Reflections is a series where I reflect on the past couple of weeks and I share what I'm learning & how I'm growing. In this episode of Reflections, it's my first week of quarantine and I'm shirtless. So there's that. I talk about embracing imperfection (s/o webcam for the video), my first thoughts on COVID-19 and how much of an opportunity lockdown/quarantine is if used correctly, turning challenge into opportunity, fear - the virus that's bigger than COVID-19, how my phone ate the dust & what I did to recover it, adaptation, how the universe helped me detach from my vlogs, people getting value from my content, having an impact through music content, humility in reviews/reactions, how to go to bed early, the type of people I want to be a part of my community (do you fit in here?), a ton of lessons I learned from the DPMO Vol 3 reaction and review video, why COVID-19 is forcing me to make entrepreneurship work, being judgmental vs. gentle towards yourself, essentialism, simplicity and more. Reflections is a series where I reflect and the past couple weeks and share the lessons I'm learning, the challenges I'm going through, how I'm growing and in the process I give you mindsets, strategies, experiments and tactics you can apply in your own life. In today's episode, we're going to cover why it's a good idea to be your authentic self, how it leads to finding your tribe, finding those who are looking for you, giving away services for free to make money, the struggle that Tim Ferriss and I both share in our journey, speed over perfection, the powerful combination of creativity and experimentation, why it's okay if you're not an entrepreneur, and what you might want to do instead. And a ton more, because it's Reflections. Thanks for watching and listening. :) Music: Veepot & Brainrack - Eliminate https://soundcloud.com/hybridtrapmusic/eliminate

In today's episode of Reflections, we'll be covering why you need to heal patterns at the root cause level, what I learned from being fired from Starbucks, why fired = freedom (how to reframe being fired, my process of healing it, hidden insecurities that were revealed to me, checking the box for society, vs. doing what you actually desire, my exhaustion from sensory overload at Excision, how I might never have a job again, the 90 day plan, my new north star (freedom/first class freedom), professional creativity, my evolution, and a ton more. Reflections is a bi-weekly series where I reflect on what lessons I'm learning, how I'm growing, challenges I'm going through, experiments I'm conducting and more so I can document my journey to a higher degree and allow other people to accelerate their results through my tests and experiences. This episode includes me talking about flexibility of content, achieving content abundance through just documenting, the GaryVee Strategy (pillar content and repurposing), why names of your content series don't actually matter, bringing value to the end consumer above all, my biggest struggles with editing, how branding can actually be procrastination in disguise, sharing my content with the world even though it scares me to, growth hacks from my top viewed video, talking less and showing more (in non Reflections videos, lol), why Casey Neistat is an elite storyteller through video, and what I think the future of vlogging will be. This is obviously a very content heavy episode on all topics, and the gold really beings in lessons. Hope this came out interesting for you ladies and gentlemen. I share my biggest lessons, what I'm going through, how I'm growing, what's working, what isn't, etc. so that you can extract lessons from my journey and experiences to make yours that much better. In this episode, I'll be talking about realizing that my content isn't about me anymore - it's about helping you live an even better existence, all the realizations I had around starting a weekly vlog, getting started without waiting for a perfect situation, setting up controllable wins and controllable rules so you can win the games you play, building an amazing community the right way for the long term (even though it'll take way longer), rethinking my entire vision for my content, why I'm obsessed with weekly vlogs over daily vlogs, upgrading the quality of my life through small purchases, bringing value to an audience while you're early in the process, some challenges I was going through (fear, insecurity, doubt) and how right it feels to getting started on things I've been putting off. In this episode, I talk about how overthinking my next moves quickly leads to bad places, finally joining the gym (s/o GoodLife Fitness), feeling low level burnout with Starbucks, finally catching up on Reflections and what that means going forward, reducing my caffeine intake, making things harder in my mind, negatively caring what people think, abundance/relief around girls, taking the new year/decade off of a pedestal, losing sight of the vision behind my content, feeling like a dumbass while I'm at the gym, asking people for help and my latest obsession: undertows. Amidst the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to remind you that while we're all locked down it's an absolute gift. Quarantine will make 2 types of people. One who will make this an opportunity, and one who will pass it by. Which one will you choose? Everyone will look back at this time someday - how do you want to remember it? As a time that crushed you or as a time that prepared you for greater success? Again, which one will you choose? 2019 wasn't what I expected but in retrospect it was exactly what I needed. In this episode, I reflect on my year and talk about why I decided to get a job, taking a humbling (but temporary) step back from entrepreneurship, my journey with Starbucks, facing my biggest fear, taking things off of a pedestal, having accountability with my closest friends, reducing social anxiety, becoming comfortable in public, appreciating the present moment of the journey, strategically investing money, why I've become so attractive, prioritizing happiness over all, overcoming fears, breaking past your self imposed walls & a bunch more. I was pleased with how this came out. Hope you get a lot of value from this. Much love all. Happy 2020. Reflections is a series where I share what's relevant in my life journey - the results of experiments I'm conducting, what I'm learning, how I'm growing, challenges I'm experiencing, what I'm in love with, etc. In this episode, I talk about handling the pressure from the crazy Christmas rushes at Starbucks between December 23rd & Boxing Day, my struggle with worrying about having hard conversations, the best way (in my opinion) to get free refills, undertows, laughing internally at customers who get ultra pissed, resistance to confrontation, investing money into daily rituals to make you more money back, why I'm drinking less caffeine (most days), what I'm using to maximize my brain's focus, the worst kind of humour, my favourite christmas gift & becoming ready to move on from Starbucks. Hope y'all enjpy this. Reflections is a series where I reflect on the last 2 weeks and I share what I'm learning, what challenges I'm going through, how I'm growing and ultimately, I get to document what's currently relevant in my life journey. Warning: I don't usually talk about such R rated topics, but this episode is a little different. If you're under 18 or at work (or you're family with me) I'd recommend you skip this episode and just tune in next time. This episode is going to cover a fear that crippled me and affected me every day for a decade - sex. I talk about my fear of kissing & having sex, how I faced it, what I did to overcome it, the lessons I learned from "losing my virginity" at the late age of 23, why I waited so long, finally taking sex off of a pedestal, the sexual freedom and detachment I've felt since, dominance as a default setting, why it's worth it to work on your sub-communications, and a ton of other topics. I was very resistant to posting this episode because other parties are involved and it's very outside what I normally talk about (and much more "R rated" in nature) - but I'd be doing the mission of document my journey a disservice if I didn't talk about overcoming one of my biggest fears to date. To respect other's privacy, I've opted to keep anonymity for parties that aren't myself when bringing up topics that aren't so "family friendly". We'll treat this as an experimental episode. If you want me to continue to share this type of stuff, let me know. Hope you enjoy this. I appreciate you all. Reflections is a bi-weekly episode where I document what's relevant in my life's journey. I talk about what I'm learning, what challenges and experiences I'm going through, what's on my mind, and a bunch more. It's very random, and that's the point. In this episode, I talk about the only way I think effective multitasking actually works, handling the pressure of holiday launch, laughing at pressure, buying a grade A refurbished laptop, why I got a dell instead of a mac, detachment around a perfect music library, my morning ritual for when I wake up super early but I don't want to be awake (aka opening at Starbucks), why I use stoicism to start my days, discouraged by Notion, TikTok & LinkedIn content, my 24oz reusable hot and cold mug, the iconic mall shift, being a bad closer and much more. In this episode, I talk about my adventure of going to Montreal for my friend's show (Tony/Breez @ The Storm 4), how my energy field literally says "talk to me" now, my disinterest in explaining my life plan to people, sober mosh pits, the consequences of not wearing earplugs to loud shows, bringing people up with humour, being checked out non stop, why my non niche won't find my content, conversational walls and limitations, rethinking my content strategy, sleeping on the megabus for a red eye, a hybrid bun, a rough hairline, the silly reason why I've started slouching at work, riddim, dubstep, doubles, getting shit done in a Starbucks cafe & much more. *sorry for blurriness on the first half of the video* Reflections is a bi-weekly episode where I reflect on the past 2 weeks and I share what I learned, insights I gained, challenges I went through, and much more. In the process, I hope to document my journey intensely as well as help improve other's journeys through my experience. In this episode, we talk about how skipping a morning meditation absolutely ruined me, how I bounced back later that day, one of my main Starbucks mentors quitting (Mitch), how he's helped me with my mindset on the job, the shift when bar finally clicked, pestering people with questions even if it's uncomfortable for me, not taking on the customers' frame and instead creating my own frame, earning my first decent paycheque, sacrificing a small amount of time after work to make it a better rest of my day, allowing myself to not put every single piece of content out, how Starbucks is bleeding into every area of my life (which I dislike) & why seeing kindness fires me up even more than being in nature.

He documents and shares what lessons he learned, where he grew the most, what was on his mind, what worked, what didn't, and a bunch more. Alright enough 3rd person talk for now - in this episode I cover applying to a job for the first time in around 5 years, the positives of working for free, training legs, swearing, breaking patterns, setting flexible due dates, lowering the pressure on myself, how to make your phone boring as hell, attachment to the perfect systems, financial abundance and excitement of buying new things, and realizing that no one's fully qualified at first for the job they get. Reflections is a weekly episode where I reflect on what occurred in my week, and I share and document the highlights of what I learned, where I grew, what I experienced, realizations I had, etc. (pretty much just a highlight reel of my journey in a given 7 day window) In this episode, I talk about my first time doing the fear setting exercise (as outlined by Tim Ferriss), creating dashboards in Notion, tracking wins, abundance mindset, asking people for advice, Greek God 2.0, financial pressures as I run out of cash, starting the process of job seeking, my ongoing obsession with Notion, my favourite unreleased ID's, why I must figure out sales & influence or else I'll lose in life, and a bunch more. What's happening beautiful people. In today's episode, recorded on July 28th, 2019, I talked about financial pressure, setting up databases and dashboards in Notion, pausing from intermittent fasting, procrastination, macro thesis vs. micro tactics, what marketing/sales really is, the flaws of "nice" guys, caring too much about minor things and a bunch more as per usual. -- My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJl0a8GmK6yX6gB5QHTkZiw Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Podcast/audio versions: Apple Podcasts https://itunes.apple.com/ca/podcast/the-josh-moxey-journey/id1305500400 Google Play https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/I5n3a2frujlcypze4b4fh5v2jdi Music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic Veepot & Brainrack - Eliminate https://soundcloud.com/hybridtrapmusic/eliminate

Reflections is a weekly episode where I reflect on my week and share what I learned, what I'm going through, how I'm growing, and much more. In this episode, I talk about my latest, all consuming obsession with Notion ( https://notion.so ), what challenges I have the Notion solves for me wonderfully, a PR that meant a lot to me, outsourcing to source, my struggle with content, taking a break from intermittent fasting, and a lot more Notion stuff. I am very impressed at how packed these are getting with gold. I hope you enjoy this one! Still a long ways to go of course, but it's getting there. Hope you get a ton of value from this. Recently I've been thinking a lot about the rules the world subscribes to. There's such a fear of doing things beyond the way they've always done so that we can stay within the confines of our boxes and rules, if you will. The challenge with staying in this box is that growth and learning aren't located here. In today's episode, I talk about breaking consistencies, experimenting even if you think it will fail, being creative by doing things slightly or very outside the norm, and more. I also get meta as I conduct real time experiments in this episode and break some consistent patterns in my content - because rules are meant to broken. It's time to evolve my content & my content strategy, one experiment at a time. Disrupt yourself. Experiment. Try new things. Do things differently. Create randomness. Have with things. I've had this challenge come up many times in my entrepreneurial journey. I start creating, design or working on a project, and then I convince myself that it's okay to use imaginary narratives instead of facing and working with actual reality. In this specific case, it meant that I was using mock data and pretend examples when I was designing a system that was supposed to be a perfect solution for my productivity challenges. Long story short, it didn't work out so well and I ended up creating the wrong productivity system. In this episode, I cover how to avoid building the wrong solution, why it's important to create, design and solve challenges using real world examples, data, use cases, situations and challenges in mind, as well as what happens if you don't. Save yourself some time and learn this lesson faster than I did, for the love of god. Please, do yourself a favour and take this advice to heart. I don't want you to waste your time and experience headaches because you put your head in the sand and create false narratives, like I have done too many times in the past. Much love, best of luck with this, and I hope you learn this lesson faster than I did. If you think someone could benefit from this message, share it with them. Music: trfk - Monday

Interesting episode. I really struggled with this episode because my energy was off and I was being quite self judgemental, but I did still bring a lot of gold here. I talk focusing on the root cause, why I over-complicate systems and work, the downfall of combining too many positive experiences into one, a massive list of challenges, mind dumping, appreciating new music genres, and much, much more. I was slightly irritated in this. Irritated because I care at times, and sometimes too much. I want to give people hard truth, but sometimes their self esteem isn't high enough to handle it. I was calling a friend out because he was bullshitting himself, just as I would expect a friend to do to me, but he wasn't having it at all. In this episode, I rant about self esteem, how I wish the world wasn't so soft, why I give hard truth even though I don't want to, and my disinterest in sugar coating the truth for sensitive people. Hope this helps. It's heartbreaking to say that I'm quitting coding. It's been an incredible ride, and even though I'm not formally a web developer anymore, I will always use the mindsets, systems thinking, processes & all that I've learned. I'll also never actually stop coding in case that isn't clear, but it'll be just randomly here and there and it will be very far from the main focus. It's brought me so much joy, so much learning, and I'm insanely grateful for it. Next up with https://joshmoxey.com, moving it all to squarespace (whenever I make it a priority, that is). In this episode, I talk about putting down my developer badge, an example of sunk cost fallacy, leaving the past in the past, ego holding me back, caring what people think, avoiding external judgement, what I gained from my experience in web development, prioritizing what has the greatest impact and finally why it's time to pull the trigger and make the decision to stop working on web development. I'll love you forever, coding. First things first, I don't know a ton about the quantum realm. I'm purely a beginner. What I do know is that in my line of energy work/quantum healing, we work inside the quantum realm because time and space do not exist. It's an area in which unlimited possibilities exist, and the only limit is that which you for yourself. In this episode, I share an exciting potential use case that was presented to me around speed learning through quantum technology. A little bit out there, but I wanted to highlight this cool idea and share what kind of out there concepts I'm pondering at times. Appreciate you watching and listening. The idea of giving hard truth, being βconfrontationalβ and having challenging conversations has historically been difficult for me. Many times, Iβve just tried to avoid them all together. With the world being so sensitive and easily offended by the smallest of things, it is genuinely hard to give radical truth and radical transparency because most just canβt handle it. In this episode, I cover 3 keys to having difficult conversations, radical truth and transparency, focusing on what you can control, how you can make that conversation a win, and the deadly long term outcome that will manifest if you donβt have these challenging conversations: resentment. With that being said, this is an ongoing journey from me. This is just one manβs point of view and experience, and this is what Iβve found to work in the long term (not necessarily the short term). Things may be temporarily challenging in the short term with the advice I mentioned here, but I believe it is absolutely in the best interest of the relationship between you and the other person long term. I hope this brings you a ton of value. Let me know which point resonated most in the comments, and which you are most excited to apply. And if it brought you enough value, all I ask is that you share this with someone who could use this message. Maybe someone avoiding difficult conversations Music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

In this episode I share with a very challenging week. I didnβt prioritize my vibration whatsoever, which was a massive mistake. Because of this, I ended up experience some sickness, which lead to mediocre moods, minimal productivity and it ended up being the most unproductive week Iβve had in a long time. It was an unfortunate spiral that couldβve been fixed by just creating the space to raise my vibration and heal, and my ego got the better of me. Lesson learned going forward. Anyways, in todayβs episode I talk about: 2:00, 12:25 My lack of clear focus in thought & visualization 3:05 Wanting to channel my energy into productive action but being sick instead 7:10 Authentically embracing negative emotions if they are present 7:35 Why I didnβt go easy on my 11 year old cousin in beer pong 9:50 Why my energy levels stayed low this week 15:20 The most important thing to dominating (on a physical level) 19:25 My latest go to scheduling hack for working longer without burning out 22:30 Why having a purpose outside of raving is required 28:55 Detachment from practically everything 33:20 Why I am in love with talking to myself Sections 1:35 Whatβs been on my mind? 3:50 What were my favourite wins? 5:15 What worked? 9:55 What didnβt work, and how can I improve it? 15:15 What were my biggest lessons? 23:55 What challenges did I experience? 28:55 Where did I grow the most? 33:20 What am I obsessed with? -- My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Podcast/audio versions: Apple Podcasts itunes.apple.com/ca/podcast/the-josh-moxey-journey/id1305500400 Google Play https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/I5n3a2frujlcypze4b4fh5v2jdi Music: Veepot & Brainrack - Eliminate https://soundcloud.com/hybridtrapmusic/eliminate trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

After finally taking the time to start the process of defining my long term, macro vision for Moxey Energetics, I felt like a new person. It stretched me, and even almost a month later I still feel impacted by it. It changes you permanently when you clearly define your vision. In this episode, I drop hints and ideas of what my vision for Moxey Energetics includes long term, where I see spirituality and energy work in the future, the magnetic effect that occurs from a properly defined vision, why Iβm using Vaynermedia & GaryVee as a framework to model Moxey Energetics after, and why the journey of attempting to attain the end goal is the real reward. In an earlier episode (Reflections 044) I stated a new desire for getting up early enough where I could take a bike ride while the sun was rising. A few weeks later, my body decided to wake me up at 3:40am so I decided it was time to realize this desire - and it was absolutely incredible. Since this episode, Iβve been slowly becoming an early morning person, and I really love it, but it doesnβt matter much. In this episode I talk about why it doesnβt matter what time you wake up, the competitive reason why I personally love the idea of waking up before everyone else, and an encouragement to try new things and experiment. This is a question Iβm really not to sure about. I battle with it internally quite a bit. If youβre looking for an answer - I donβt have it yet. In this episode, I discuss natural born talent vs. perseverance and building skill, self awareness, succeeding at a later age, the imaginary boxes that people place us in & why I think anyone can succeed if they just do these 3 things. This is by far my favourite episode of Reflections that Iβve ever recorded. Even though it's a true behemoth in duration, I absolutely loved how this came out. Packed as fuck with gold. What I also respect about this is that the episode of Reflections before this (043) was one of my least favourite in recent memory, but I channeled that pain and responded by creating what I consider my best episode to to date. 4:00 I am seeing what others are seeing, whether they realize it or not 5:15, 11:15, 44:25 My growth with the βtruths and liesβ exercise 6:20 Starting to bike again for the first time in forever 10:50 Shifting fear into excitement 16:40 The biggest challenge with digital plans 19:00, 33:25 The importance of having a specific plan with clearly defined next steps 20:10 By not doing this, I am doing people a disservice 23:00 How to find your next logical steps 28:35 how to create a Q&A show when no one is asking you questions (what Gary Vee did at the beginning) 29:35 Modern day sales 31:10 How NMSEM saved me from losing my data on my phone 35:35 Using comedy as a side dish, but not as the main course 38:15 Impostor syndrome, wondering why anyone actually watches my content 43:20 Facing my fear of being on the phone with people I donβt know I hope you fucking LOVE this episode. Ahhh, the documentation of my Moxey Energetics journey continues. After my business partner (my Mom) told me that it was my baby and that I should run with it, it forced me to immediately start evolving and look at things differently. I talk about getting our first client, leading the charge, doing sales the right way, and growing and evolving into the type of person who can achieve the goals I want to. We buy into so much bullshit, itβs truly remarkable. Whether you think you do or not, you probably do. Itβs subconscious. And youβre not alone in that. I consider myself highly obsessed with seeking the truth of truths and consciously doing my best to discard bullshit/limiting beliefs/false truths, and even I have picked up a ton accidentally. From there, these false beliefs manifest our patterns, and so much of these things are unconscious unless you take the time to really shine a light on it and confront what may be holding you back. In this episode, I talk about the importance of deep self discovery, the danger of unconscious patterns & why I think itβs crucial to make it conscious so you can live a more blissful & successful life. I also share some negative patterns Iβm dealing with and I quickly highlight a process to see the false beliefs youβve bought into. Let me know if you want a deeper explanation of this exercise, as I would love to share. -- My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

In the present moment, Iβm doing well on my cut & content - but I still have much more progress to make on Moxey Energetics. This is an episode many of you should hear. I cover a lot of important messages in it. Hope you enjoy and please, please, please: share it with someone who could use this message. I loved Avengers End Game. Probably my favourite film in the MCU so far. Equally, I was devastated because of [you know whoβs] death. Absolutely tragic. Loved him so much. Anyways, I found that this movie was so incredible that it straight up hijacked me for a full day with pure obsession and I wanted to capture some important thoughts I was experiencing around it. In this episode I talk about my initial reaction to you know whoβs death, why I think itβs super silly and dangerous to be focused purely on the future (forgetting to enjoy the now), why focusing on another personβs story is taking away from your own story & the fact that whether you believe it or not, you are 100% in charge of directing your legacy & vision. -- My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

The 100th episode of my podcast. Wow. Yesterday I was irritated that it came out so long, but after watching it today I can assure you this thing is jam packed with gold and concepts you can apply to your own life, and itβll be well worth the listen. I strongly believe if you integrate and apply everything Iβm talking about, itβs going to fundamentally change your life long term. The way you look at the world will never be the same. I am strongly convinced that this episode will be insanely impactful in the net. Despite talking for 40 minutes, I only just scratched the surface of things. There were so many more points I wanted to cover but I didnβt make the time for. Also, while youβre watching this I want you to keep in mind how many whyβs I have pulling me - thatβs why I believe this will all work in the net score. When I achieve a goal I set for myself, itβs almost always because I have multiple reasons working for me and I pull at whichever I resonate with most.. Thank you so much for watching/listening. It means a ton. I really hope you love this episode. Either you watch it now, or youβll watch it in a century... :-) If you do happen to find value in this, I would really appreciate if you could share it with a friend who could use it. Being almost 100 episodes in Iβm pretty used to documenting my journey now, but there are times I step back and realize - holy shit. This is super weird. I must seem so strange to the rest of the world. Reality is, Iβll have a much bigger long term impact than the world can possibly fathom so Iβm down to be misunderstood. Everything plays out long term with legacy and impact my friends. I hope this inspires you to be more transparent, more vulnerable, and more authentic. I love games. Like, really love. I try to turn everything in my life into a sport to make it fun. The clearer the rules, objectives, etc. the better. You might call this gamification. In this episode, I talk about realizing that sales (the skill Iβve neglected to focus on for almost a decade) may actually be my next sport and passion, just like lifting weights became one of my favourite passions after I properly gamified it. I also talk my obsession with playing games (and ultimately winning them), my resistance to getting into sales, mastering the basics & my good intentions around selling (thanks to Andy Frisella). This is one of my favourite episodes to date. So far, Iβd rate this 2nd to Reflections 044, which is coming soon. In this episode I talk about: my fear of selling (15:30, 22:30, 32:10), using anticipation to build excitement (17:10), reframing when things donβt go as you expected (10:45, 35:35), the danger of being too general (13:20, 15:30), using othersβ success and progress to motivate the hell out of me, the surprisingly small amount that I talk about myself while in conversation (31:30), why hard things become easier over time (22:30), hitting 1 year of Greek God (5:05), using my internal guidance system to show me when I am aligned with my purpose, mission & goals (7:10, 32:10) and of course, much, much more. I really hope you enjoyed this. Itβs fucking PACKED with gems. If you took the time to consume this, much love. I appreciate you :) If you felt it earned it, consider sharing it with a friend. Many times I record an episode around sharing a lesson Iβm learning. This time, Iβm sharing a confusing situation Iβm going through. In this episode I talk about reinventing myself from a natural creative to an aspiring entrepreneur, wondering if I should go back to my creative roots, my disinterest with working on sales and business based tasks, advancing learning curves to achieve flow, falling in love with new tasks over time, and using reframing to enjoy what youβre doing more. As many of you may know by know, I am a Source Energy Medicine practitioner, specifically working with the Non Material aspect (energy work). Every month, we have a webinar to talk about the craft, mastery, energy, quantum physics, etc. Itβs good stuff. For many months now, Iβve been wanting to get on the mic to ask my questions, but Iβve been insanely terrified by the idea of it and reverted back to my comfort zone. In this episode, I share my story around finally making it happen, what I did differently (or rather, what my Mom did), I talk about fear, how comfort zones hold us back, and some bold predictions about my relationship to these webinars in the future. Hope you enjoy these, as I enjoy telling these types of stories from my day to day life. Theyβre fun. This ended up just being a real tough truth episode for myself where I spent over a quarter of the video just covering things that werenβt working. I also cover some other good topics like choosing excitement over fear, why powerful reasons are crucial to helping you push through challenging times, and a story about why I put health first. Some of you may not know that before I became addicted to fitness these past couple of years, I had multiple half ass attempts at getting in shape, all of which failed. The problem was, I hated the pain that came with working out so much that I ended up quitting each time. In this episode, I talk about why I am able to stick to working out now, where I wouldβve quit before, why you should learn to love the pain & a quick positive association I use to help me get excited about pain. It can a strange journey at times, representing energy work and spiritual and all this out there stuff. Iβm pretty used to being misunderstood but thankfully I donβt care that much anymore. Itβs not for everyone, and Iβm just going to do me and inspire the right people. Long term though, the world depends on it because if people donβt start fixing things at a cause level and raising their energy levels, I think the world will collapse. Anyways, in this episode, I talk about why I will be one of the people to make Source Energy Medicine and Non Material Source Energy Medicine βcoolβ, a simple but important truth I realized I have to do in order to get there, why I have no other option but to do this, fear of looking back and regretting, the possible end of the world, and more. I was listening to Cal Newport on Lewis Howesβ podcast and I found myself ready to explode with ideas, as I think this anti technology revolution is pretty funny at times. I liked what they said in that episode, but I equally had Gary Veeβs optimistic technology viewpoints rattling around in my head at the same time. In todayβs episode, I talk about anti technology, why putting the past on a pedestal is laughable, creation over consumption, why βthe good old daysβ arenβt actually as good as we think, and why I boycott social media and texting for the first 4h or so of my day. I hope this episode leaves you with some interesting perspectives on this topic. If you think this could help someone, please share this episode with them. I was fired the fuck up for this one. On this 10 minute long rant I cover how itβs hard to watch people waste their 20βs on hanging out/chilling, why early 20βs is fucking awesome if youβre ambitious, happiness vs. ambition, what Iβd tell my 12 year old self if I could go back in time, why I am beginning to feel like I deserve to win, why I think Iβm going to beat people and much more. If youβve paid attention to my content recently, you know that Iβve been working on a project with my Mom called Moxey Energetics. Weβre both energy work practitioners, so with this project we decided to team up and focus on helping real estate agents/real estate professionals sell properties and homes that wonβt sell by doing helping to transform, balance and restore any energy that wonβt. This is likely the most vulnerable Iβve been on camera. Iβm not doing enough of what I should be doing, and I donβt want to pretend like I am. In this episode I talk about why I've avoided getting a job, two key parts of entrepreneurship that Iβve failed at thus far, and what was missing in February that lead to me really blowing it. Just to be clear, I donβt post this so you can give me your validation of βitβs okay Josh, you can do it.β I post this because somehow, someday Iβm going to straight dominate in life. When I get to that point, these pieces of content that are going to serve as the truth of my beginnings, and to show people they can build something worthwhile too. Stuff like this will then become some of my most impactful content. ALSO, debuted the first version of my audio and visual branding at the beginning. Very excited about it :) There'll be a vlog coming soon that documents the process of creating it. 3/29/19 Update First off, this was hard as hell to post. Tons of resistance to it. Secondly, I may have to get a job whether I like it or not. Whatever the case may be, whether it's contract work or what have you, I'll likely never quit on entrepreneurship. I'll just continue to pivot my way into long term gold. And as of right now, that may mean part time gigs and "eating shit" as Gary Vaynerchuk likes to say. Anyways, we'll see how this all ages as a job is a fucking nightmare to me and I'm not well suited for something traditional. -- My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/moxeyjosh Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Podcast/audio versions: iTunes/Apple Podcasts itunes.apple.com/ca/podcast/the-josh-moxey-journey/id1305500400 Google Play https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ps/I5n3a2frujlcypze4b4fh5v2jdi Music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

After trying Sam Harrisβ guided meditation (via a preview of his app's content from the Tim Ferriss Show), I was inspired to press record and start talking about random things on my mind around meditation and mindfulness. This included why I meditate, coming back to center, how to judge yourself less while in meditation, looking from a detached standpoint at your thoughts, how much you think and what specifically youβre thinking about, including how frequently you may visit the same type of thoughts/settings in your mind. I thought this episode came out cool. I freaking love documenting my truths - it feels so right. Not everyoneβs going to agree, but I think itβll help a lot of people long term. The gold of this episode lies in the challenges section. I cover some really important topics in that part including: how dangerous of a pattern it is if youβre constantly wishing you were at the finish line of a project instead of enjoying the journey of getting there, wondering who actually gives a fuck about me, my resistance to reconnecting with people, purging my audience on instagram (even though itβs only 600 followers lol), and more. In other parts of this episode, I also cover time, how fast it moves, the War of Art by Stephen Pressfield, embracing the uncomfortable nature of practicing a pitch, being the last person on earth, and how to appreciate the present more. We as humans make things SO complicated and much harder than they need to be.The majority of people overlook simplicity and set themselves up for failure because of it, as if theyβre looking for some bullshit secret ingredient. In this episode, I talk about why I think success is super simple (though not so easy), chasing discomfort, the hardest part of progress, and the simple formula I use to create my best progress (and what Iβll continue to use long term to create the incredible life I desire, day by day) This is one of my favourite episodes Iβve ever done. I love these practical episodes because I know if you follow what I talked about here, youβll be able to move forward, get unstuck and create some kickass results for yourself. Even though it's simple, it's likely going to be tough. Most will either overlook the simplicity because they're looking for something more complex, or it'll get too hard and they'll retreat back to comfort, settling for mediocrity and not aiming for something greater. If you do choose to be make the smart decision of building skill in this area, your future self will thank you. What is going on, beautiful people. In this episode, I talk about a new sleep schedule Iβm experimenting with, why I put working before my social life (which was probably the funniest part of this episode #nobasicbitches), and why growing and evolving is usually the answer to your challenge. Additionally, I also cover why βhustlingβ is my next step in business and in life, why I crave usefulness, and how itβs strange for me that when people from my past add me on facebook, they see all of this vulnerable content right off the bat. In this episode, I was barely awake and I share a story about some chick going out of her way to criticize my looks on Instagram (which is funny to me, because I am much better looking than her lol). I cover empathy, reframing insecurities, kindness, & my growth in detachment towards criticism (even if itβs with ill intent). This topic is of extreme importance to me because even though Iβm only covering one comment, if I donβt become masterful at handling criticism when itβs in small numbers, I wonβt be able to handle the increase of criticism that comes with having a large following. Alcohol (& other drugs, for that matter) is a big escapism tool that I see a large percentage of people abusing. In this episode I talk about why I barely drank in 2018, how I was able to drink under 20 drinks, as well as some tips for reducing your consumption, if you so choose. Enjoy :-) If you thought it was worth it, please share this with a friend who could use this message. P.S. This was likely my favourite episode to date. Even though itβs long as fuck, I feel it was packed with gold. In this episode, I talk about how things I can be insecure about, are actually attractive to the right ideal partner, how being competitive is awesome but has its downfalls socially at times, the resistance getting stronger the closer you are to a win, and why frequent and consistent meetings with an accountability partner are crucial. I really hope this brought you a lot of nuggets, as I think this came out quite good. If you felt it earned it, please be so kind as to share it with a friend. We can get so caught up vanity metrics such as likes, comments, followers, subscribers, etc. yet what the fuck are we all trying to do here? Shouldnβt we be focusing on trying to help people, bring people value, impact peopleβs lives? In this episode, I get insanely lost in βconversationβ and talk about many topics including how your mood impacts your observation, how Iβm learning to love low engagement and how it makes your long term story more inspiring, why people are scared to create authentic content, and long term predictions Oh and please, for the love of god. We can many times get caught up in the achievement of a goal, mission or vision and being very future focused. In reality, what is most important is the people we spend this journey with. Not only from a happiness level, but from an undefeated truth: you are the average of the 5 people you associate with most. In this episode, I found the key theme to be detachment around many areas of my life. Attachment is an easy way to cloud oneβs reality, so it is my goal to eventually achieve total detachment. Itβs pretty simple. I do not want to be anything like the vast majority of the world. I have zero interest in it. Theyβve shown me what not to do, so I do the opposite. It is paramount on our journeys to have mentors and to seek guidance from the right people, but what do you do if you canβt afford or access the ideal person youβre seeking knowledge from? You guessed it: you coach and teach yourself, instead. In this episode, I talk about a simple trick for how to mentor and coach yourself so you donβt have to rely on others advice, and you can detach and deal with your challenges anytime, anywhere, no matter what. You, just like the rest of us, have it in you to do this. We all do. Itβs the return of a series I havenβt done in 9 months: Reflections. If you havenβt watched or listened to one before, the format is simple: I do a weekly reflection in google docs, then later on in the day I record the highlights for what worked (wins/awesome) what didnβt & how to improve (better) & what lessons, hacks & other things I learned or relearned (lessons). As of 008, thereβs also now a new section: Obsessed. It tackles what Iβm positively obsessed with right now. If youβre not interested in my journey on a week by week basis or you donβt have the desire to sit through 20m+ of content,, this is definitely not for you. My apologies for the audio quality. I'm still messing around with car recording and highway sounds are even worse hahaha. Iβve been friends with Bryan Thalangsy (JNGLEBK) for over 2 years now. Thanks to the internet, we talk a lot as weβre both big supporters of each otherβs missions - his in music, mine in entrepreneurship. In late 2017, I joked about him flying from LA to Kitchener for Ever After 2018 because itβs a heavy bass festival and weβre both massive dubstep fans. We agreed it was better that he didn't so he could instead save that money for music school. However, when the lineup came out we were both mind blown at how incredible it was. Thankfully at that point, he was in this mood of βletβs do it allβ (meaning, school & travelling to Canada for Ever After). He stuck to his word, made it happen, and the rest is history. So cool to meet him in real life, have even better talks than usual, and of course hang out during EA. Great guy, and he will do great things in life. Just wait. Be sure to check out Eckhart's book too. It's badass. "The only thing you ever have is now." -Eckhart Tolle Also, my apologies for the audio quality on this one. Iβve recently been struggling with Gary Veeβs concept of Document Donβt Create because it can be boring sometimes, and Iβm not sure if itβs bringing enough value to those who watch/listen. In this episode, I share my current thoughts on documenting vs. creating, how I want to bring people value now, how to create content when youβre not an expert or authority, and some potential ways in which I plan to βcreateβ content in the future. Lots of love guys :) My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/moxeyjosh Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Intro/outro music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

Iβm leaving this without context, as this is just a moment that will go down one of the most important moments of my life - the moment I received this gift. Non material is about the only hint I dropped here. In the future, this video will make much more sense as itβll be explained more as time goes on. Christmas 2017 is going down in legendary status. In the final Reflections that I recorded in 2017, I reflect from the location of where I work in the morning: my bed. I apologize for the pauses. This may be something to get used to going forward, or not. Time will tell how I feel about it. My day was going very weird, so I used this trick to change the rest of my day to a positive, enjoyable one. This is a crucial mindset hack that you may want to consider adding to your repertoire. Some people might call say they have "problems", but in reality they're really just challenges, situations and opportunities. It's how we frame them that matters most. On Jan 1st, 2018 (at 11:48pm) I talked about how my insanely large 2017 review went, where I felt I grew the most (aka health), and how I planned on approaching 2018. This is pretty all over the place, in a good way. I donβt mess around here. Short and intense, with a prediction in stone. I want so badly to make massive impact on the world, and to do that it starts with bringing people unfathomable amounts of value, one by one. I know I will do this long term. My laptop broke right after Christmas, and I recorded my thoughts as it was happening in real time. Because itβs almost 3 months ago and I made some predictions in the original clip, I wanted to share my current perspectives after on how itβs played out so far, and how Iβve made it a huge win for me. This episode is a little bit different. Let me know what you think :) My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/moxeyjosh Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Intro/outro music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

Easily the best episode of Reflections yet. Many times I get caught up in trying to be great, and I forget that I must be a rookie first in order to be great. It hurts the ego, but fuck the ego. Sometimes I find myself irritated that I donβt currently have the financial resources to allocate to things like having a daily vlog, spending money on facebook ads or instagram influencers. This episode, I talk about a newer meditation app by Kevin Rose and the Oak team, as well as talk a little bit about my thoughts around meditation. This app is solid. I'm enjoying it. I'm very fascinated with a mental framework called first principles thinking which is famously used by Elon Musk and other great men throughout history. Aristotle once defined first principles as βThe first basis from which a thing is known.β Basically, it's about boiling things down to their most fundamental truths, to where it cannot be debated. Back in November, I discovered a cool methodology to make it easier use first principles thinking, as it's very mentally taxing. It helps me cut right to the root truth, so I can think more clearly, and see things for what they truly are. It's applicable in any area of your life. I highly recommend you research this way of thinking, it's awesome. Here's a 3m video with Elon Musk to watch after: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NV3sBlRgzTI My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/moxeyjosh Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Intro/outro music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

10 episodes in. Feels pretty good. A step in the right direction. Simultaneously, I know this is just the beginning. Thank you for joining me on this journey. You listening/watching means so much to me :) This time, I eat too many cacao nibs and reflect on the week while my mind is bouncing off the walls from the caffeine. Watch/listen to this while on a caffeine high for best results. For some reason, I forgot to say the date again. It was December 3rd, 2017 at 8:28pm. Getting closer and closer to being up to date on these. Still a little weird for me to be putting these out as they're as raw as it gets. Definitely some gems in this episode, especially in the lessons section. Hope you enjoy :) P.S. I am aware of the buzz in the background, but there's little I can do. The quality will be much better in the future, please just be patient with me :) My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/moxeyjosh Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Podcast: The Josh Moxey Show Intro/outro music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

Happy New Year ladies and gents. Here's another episode of Reflections, where I reflect my week and capture what's going on in my life at the time. My laptop keeps on glitching out and only charges sometimes, so I don't know how consistent I can be. It's very weird. If it does stay working, I'll be pumping out a lot of content because I have a lot of episodes to post (est. 20) that are sitting on my drive. Anyways, here's to an awesome year of progress and growth. Even though there's only been a handful of episodes, this is probably my favourite I've aired. It was such a struggle of a workout. In this episode I get pretty vulnerable, cover my "post-game" thoughts, and reflect on why I'm super proud of the determination & the "do it anyway" mindset I've developed. I super recommend that you implement a mindset like this in your brain. It is invaluable in life. Period. -- My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/moxeyjosh Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Podcast: The Josh Moxey Show Intro/outro music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

I accidentally didn't say the date of recording, which was November 13th, 2017. I am aware that this may not be interesting to most, but I know that in the net score this series will be absolute gold. It's a way of highlighting what's going on in my world, sharing what I'm working on, learning, etc. on a week to week basis and documenting my truth so the world can see my beginnings. I know in my core, that this will be incredibly impactful in the grand scheme of things. Also, I was nervous for this and rambled a ton. It was incredible weird to think that what I'd usually keep private about my world, was now going to be open and shared to everyone. It gets better in the following weeks. :) My links: Website: https://joshmoxey.com Instagram https://instagram.com/joshmoxey Facebook https://facebook.com/joshmoxey YouTube https://joshmoxey.com/yt Snapchat https://snapchat.com/add/joshmoxey Twitter https://twitter.com/joshmoxey Intro and outro music: trfk - monday https://soundcloud.com/trfkmusic/monday

Super excited about voice. Gary Vaynerchuk - a man I study very in depth and who has a lethal talent for analyzing trends, has been recently going all in on voice, and I understand why. The amount of time it saves is insane. It matches my behaviour too, big time. Welcome to my first ever podcast. I'm excited to be doing this. In this episode, I talk a little bit about myself, why I'm doing this, and generally what you can expect from this podcast. I ramble a bit here in this podcast, there's some mistakes audio quality wise, and so on. Bear with me as I'm learning as I go here. I'm super new to all this. Overall, I'm just super excited to be able to use voice as a medium to better document my journey. I'm pumped for its potential. Anyway, I appreciate you listening.
