With over 25 years working in the travel industry and 14 years running her own agency Mandy Walsh has a wealth of experience and quite a few awards to her name since she started working for herself as a Travel Counsellor. This year she has faced a lot of challenges but despite covid essentially stopping her business she has kept going. She tells Sinéad how she kept her head above water and how the travel industry will bounce back.
