If you are a business owner of a private enterprise, a partnership, or a family-owned business, we are here to help you and give you strategies, tactics, techniques, to really grow your business, enhance your wealth, and really deal with all those family dynamics that you can say most business owners and entrepreneurs deal with. But first I want to introduce my brother, Hey, harsh, how are you doing? Hello?

Great. And for those of you out there listening, my brother and I live on the opposite sides of the country country. We're actually from Canada, my brother's in British Columbia on the Western side. I'm in Ontario here. I moved out here about 11 years ago, but originally from British Columbia, both of us are born and raised in British Columbia, which is a small town, about 300 miles east of Vancouver. And so we really wanted to put this podcast together to give you guys a real insight into how to be successful in all areas of your business and in your personal life. We know it's not easy. We've been there. We grew up in a family business and a family business right now, two brothers running this advisory firm here, which is called business brothers. So we know the challenges that you're going through so hard. And you know what, I'm going to throw it over to you. And, and maybe you can tell the audience a little bit about who you are. Yeah.

We're set for capacity for a time. We'll try to keep it short, but really like you said, we grew up in a small town and from there very humble upbringing, but also seeing the challenges of, of the family business in itself, but also the other important parts of it is that the beauty that it can bring, if, if successfully run, it can bring about a lot of benefits. So we don't want to just talk about the challenges. Also want to talk about the other side of it, the good layers of a family business. But ultimately I found myself working my way through up the corporate ladder to fully appreciate kind of what the benefits can be found through owning a family business and operated very successfully. So it can be done. And everything that I've learned from the corporate world just really wants to apply that to here. So my specialty and strengths on this side of the, of the country and the side of the table has certainly been working with clients and their businesses more on the planning side, looking at the numbers, looking at the corporate finance perspective of it, because that really has been my passion and just love to see clients meet their goals and objectives. So that really is a little bit about me, but that's kind of the passion that I bring to the table here.

Well, I think you should maybe tell the audience as well. You know, you're just a new father, well, about a year ago, you a one-year-old and you got another one coming on the way. So you're gonna have a, you're going to have a busy life there certainly have after you, if you would ask me 15 years

Ago where it'd be at this stage of life, I, I did think we would start a family sooner, but you know, the universe doesn't al
