Business finances can feel like such a hush-hush topic, especially with the cultural norm of not asking about salary specifics… But I’m here to blow that “norm” out of the water. Us birthworkers are all in this together, and if we can’t get a grip on our finances, this will be more of a hobby than a long-term career.
