Today’s episode is another cracker with Gen Gen and we go deep into what it means to take courageous action and how truly "only courage can contend with the unknown" (which just happens to be our last theme for The Sisterhood 2021).

In this episode Gen talks about how far she’s come and how she credits that courage in part to the Sisterhood and why if you’re thinking about it, then The Up-Level Crew ‘22 could be for you! We talk about Gen's life before Sisterhood, and how much growth can occur when you are a part of a crew that's here for the up-level. 

We talked about how action creates clarity and the unknown doesn't actually have to be a big freaking scary thing. The unknown can be an exciting thing. If you are prepared to look it in the face, and do the work. It's a deep, wholehearted convo, that gets us both fired up - in true Byrt Sister fashion. When we are passionate about something, you will know it. And growth, courage, clarity and heart driven action, are sure as heck things we are passionate about.
