Life as the fit, pretty girl must be pretty easy, right? Living in the shadow of being a former NFL Cheerleader, there's a certain pressure and expectation that weighs heavier and heavier as time goes on.

Mental health doesn't discriminate. And there's the assumption that because someone is fit and attractive, they must have it all together, when in fact, that's often not the case.

Heather is now 47 and loving life, and at peace with her journey, but it wasn't always easy.
