As a Medical Doctor who suffered from Depression for 20 years, Isabel is now "Alive and Inspired" about life. She has learned through her own difficult times how to overcome this mental health issue.

She tried to take her life 2 times in 3 days about 7 years ago, and is now coaching on how to overcome and understand Brain/Mental health issues.

I am a Functional Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and my coaching is based on functional medicine principles. Functional medicine addresses the root cause of disease, using a systems approach, and engages both the patient and the practitioner in a therapeutic partnership. Dr. Isabel shifts from the traditional disease-centered focus of medicine to a more patient–centered approach. Dr. Isabel MD works to address you as a whole person, by looking at your lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and self‐talk.
