In last week's episode, I shared the coaching methodology I use in my practice. It's based on the Cognitive Behavior approach to psychology and it helps uncover hidden patterns of thought which might be holding you back or keeping you from realizing your goals and fullest potential.
And in this week's episode, I'm going to walk you through how to use that methodology in a daily self-coaching practice.
I'll walk you through the process step by step so you can start your self coaching today.
As you start doing this practice daily, you'll begin to gain a deeper awareness into your own patterns of thinking and you'll start to see how those patterns are actually creating everything in your life. All of the challenges and triumphs ultimately start from how you're thinking about the people and challenges around you, how you think about yourself and your possibilities.
And as you gain in awareness, you'll get to decide whether those recurring patterns of thought are serving you and if not, you'll be able to select new thoughts you want to think instead. Thoughts that will power an entirely new future for yourself.
