Sam Scarcello is the guest on the podcast today! Sam is the Head baker and one of two partners at Public Espresso + Coffee. Sam's career path has been anything but linear, going from used book thrifting, to farmers market tabling, to working in a marketing agency, to now running a business with 40+ staff members. Plus he makes a mean cruller. We talked about how he and his partner, James Rayburg, got Public Espresso started, how he went from handling the branding and marketing side of the business to running the bakery and food operations, and what the long-term goal is for him both personally and professionally. And so much more!!

Here is it! Podcast number TWO. Let me tell you all the reasons I almost didn't post it:
1. The editing is shottier than last time.
2. It turns out the library's studio is not quite soundproof. Sorry about the background talk/noise, UGH!!
3. I thought of 17 other better questions to ask and responses to have after we stopped recording.
4. I didn't have time to listen to the full episode again after 1 round of editing. SCARED.

And here is why I posted it anyway: we're all just trying to figure it out, and if we wait until things are perfect, we'll be dead. So here we go! Please bear with me as I fine-tune my podcaster skills along the way.
