In this episode of Barbell Vitality, Brent speaks with Georges Schemagin, photographer, yoga teacher, and of Tiger ATX.

Georges is a self-proclaimed “tryer” of things. His openness to dabble in anything that piques his curiosity led him to try yoga at one point, which gave him a love and appreciation for natural movement. Eventually, this led him to the world of martial arts and, in the last five years, Georges has been involved in eleven different martial arts alongside opening his own gym, Tiger ATX.

Listen in and hear Georges’s philosophy for leading a productive life. For him, life is made up of different phases which we must embrace and enjoy to the fullest as they come and go.
