After a year of farming, she realized she needed a career to complement farming and pivoted into Financial Planning. She quickly discovered a love for business and helping people develop confidence in their finances. Rachel’s focus is shifting people’s relationship with money and educating them on their possibilities, with the goal of creating financial choice. Financial conversations are not emotionless or static; they are powerful, revealing, and rewarding. Rachel works with her clients to develop a plan that aligns with what is important to them and their purpose. She introduces methods to deploy one’s capital in a way that is fulfilling to the individual and contributes to the impact they desire to impart beyond themselves. Farming and environmental stewardship remain a priority to Rachel. She and her husband (Stu!) are living their vision and started a small organic farm, Stubb Farms. They sell produce to the local community, make compost, and eat the fruits of their labor. She also keeps herself fulfilled with family and friend time, projects, adventure, and opportunities for self-growth. She recently just started her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and will graduate in 2025.
